Shoes are very comfortable and my feet don't hurt when wearing them. However I should have gone a size down as they look huge.

Perfect for switching from indoor to outdoor shoes when we need to nip outside

I bought two pairs… one for the back door and one to keep in the front porch

Revived 2 pairs the same size one was so much smaller and both very tight. The add show them being bent well there is no way you can bend these!!!! I contacted them and to be fair got back to me quickly and said they would send the next size up after a couple of weeks i the get asked to send money for postage wasn’t happy but needed them for a holiday. After numerous emails holiday came and went no britsiders but one pair turned up yesterday not two and they are the most uncomfortable shoes left me with deep sore marks as I walked around the house in them. There nothing like they are advertised !!! I’m waiting for a reply about the second pair. So £40 down and not one pair of decent shoes and this has been going on since August not very happy customer at all

Would not give them one star - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - terrible customer service - ignore emails - once they have your money they do not respond to any issues you may have with order

I ordered from this company as I thought it was a UK brand & better quality than some previous purchases.
It took several weeks for them to arrive, 1 was too small & the other faulty.
The company agreed to replace them if I paid £5 postage, that was over a month ago & still not arrived.
Summer has now gone so I have asked for a refund but no reply.
I paid £45 in total & feel completely ripped off as they are selling the shoes for much cheaper prices & they clearly come from China.
I can buy these shoes for £5 a pair at local shops & the quality is no different.

Just so comfortable. Takes the pressure off your feet. Wear these all the time in the house.
