I have not received the goods paid for. The parcel was left at the bottom of flats and not delivered to me or my door. They have refused a refund. I will continue to request a refund. Do not use

Absolutely appalling communication i have been trying to send a pair back
For a week now as they are too small and nobody is responding to
My emails. 30 day guarantee i think not.

The shoes were awful. Extremely uncomfortable and awful quality. I did get a refund minus £5 per pair for admin/postage, which I'm using as a lesson to myself to not get sucked into buying stuff on Facebook in future.

I bought a pair for my holiday which was 3 weeks away. I also bought my daughter a pair for her holiday which was 18 days away.
I paid separately for them.
The reason I bought from here was that I saw some of these exactly like this on Temu for a fraction of the price. But paid £20 a pair from BritSlides because on the website, fast free delivery.
I presumed they were from UK hence the name.
Before purchasing I contacted to ask if they were not right could I return for a full refund. I was reassured that they would arrive for our holiday. If they didn't then I could easily return them for a full refund. Just let them know when they do arrive and they will give details of return.
I didn't buy from Temu as I thought they might not arrive in time for both our holidays.
I waited and waited, the holidays came and went. We didn't get them in time for our holidays. My daughter's arrived when she was away.
Mine didn't. She said they were far too big and can't wear them. I said don't worry, I will get a refund on them.I contacted them, they said that they were lost in the post and they sent me a new pair. And said they would be with me shortly. I told them that I didn't want them now and to just refund me but they had already sent them out. I checked on the tracking and it said they were coming from China. I waited and waited. Eventually they both pairs arrived on the same day.
On arriving I noticed mine too were too big..
I contacted BritSlides on lots and lots of times. They didn't get back in touch. So I opened a dispute with PAYPAL. I was happy with the outcome as PayPal gave me a refund for my pair.
However, for my daughter's they said I need to return at my own expense which would be half of what the shoes are worth.
I decided to close the dispute because it wasn't worth the hassle.
I am out of pocket with a pair of shoes that cannot be worn.
Don't fall for all the ads. The customer service is atrocious and the return procedure is none existent. It's not fast delivery.
Temu is the way forward if you want to buy from China.
To be fair, there is nothing wrong with the shoes, apart from clunky and too big. And you can get much cheaper elsewhere

I ordered britslide sandals on 3/6/23 on line & paid £19.99 by card.I received no email confirmation of order.
2 weeks went by & I had still not received the sandals & so suspected fraud. My banks anti- fraud team recalled payment whilst investing.
In August they found the company ‘ASGroup was legitimate with an address based in Bordeaux,33,FR.
They advised that as AS group claimed the goods were sent to me, that I had to pay. I objected as I had still not received goods. This objection was a long process taking a great deal of my time.
On 15/8/23 the goods arrived ( 10 weeks after the order!!) The bag shows a shipper as address unit 15, Frankley Industrial Estate , Tay Road, Frankley, Birmingham B45 OLD.
No receipt inside, no returns guidance- nothing!
I have now had to arrange for my bank to reinstate the payment.
This whole process has been extremely stressful & a waste of my important time. 10 weeks ! This is unacceptable & unheard of these days.
Disgraceful.

I would give NO stars if possible.
My order took so long that I no longer needed them as had been on holiday.
Sliders were never delivered and were tracked back to original depot.
Doesn’t seem to be a customer service as only response I get is that my concern will ‘be passed on’.
I want a refund for goods I haven’t received and don’t want. It’s not hard to understand… you took my money quick enough.

Ordered these sliders weeks ago. Still not received them. Have send several emails and not had any answers. Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately the shoes didn’t fit- I have long, thin feet.
They are comfy and well made. I couldn’t get on with them as my feet are so thin!
Paul answered my emails timely and offered exchanges but realising this wouldn’t be suitable for me offered a refund.

I ordered a pair of white Brit slides unfortunately received light grey. Sent email and they sent out another pair unfortunately these were faulty so again sent out another pair but black as no white left in stock. Even though didn’t get the colour I wanted I cannot fault the customer services very eager to please and the slides I received are extremely comfy.

I ordered 2 pairs of these sliders.
Got confirmation payment had been made but no order confirmation
Also e mailed and used messenger to customer service department
Got no response
Waiting until weekend then raising a claim with the bank to refund my money

Excellent product . Took a little longer than expected to arrive but I was very pleased . Very comfortable to wear inside and outside . Excellent customer service too .

Sent two pairs of shoes as ordered, but I came to find the sizes were too small. Tried to arrange for a return & refund. They made me pay for the return and never refunded the order. Been a nightmare to deal with!

Fast delivery, very comfortable, look great on the feet, very durable material have recommended to friends and family

Ordered 2 pairs , one shoe is higher then the other , they look very very cheap and ask for return address , 4 th email and still no response , they do not want to know if anything goes wrong ! Be warned you will not get your money back if not satisfied ! Shabby company

Soft, light, comfortable and very useful to wear around the house and garden. Much prefer them to flip-flops.

These are the most comfy sliders I have ever worn. You can really feel the sponginess of them when you walk.

Great sliders for using by the beach ……solid nice colour and and light on your feet .

So comfortable it's like cotton wool on your feet. Fantastic for your holidays and every day wear. Highly recommended.

They are so comfortable to wear I don't wear shoes anymore
