The gift certificate came in the right amount and the timing was as predicted... 4 months.

Very good but broad band plan lenght to much like 2 years which need to reduced

The description of the process lacks some important details that buried inside "How it works" or something, a bit misleading as nobody reads that.
The automatic tracking didn't work so I had to contact the team to check that my order had been recorded.
The voucher eventually turned up.

offers sky Broad band package of £24 online with sky and optional £13.50 for any time calls on the site. Clicked on the package and the £13.50 anytime calls was £17 - total con. They even tried to charge me extra for the broadband than was stated.
Phoned Broad band genie but waste of time -they need investigated for false advertising.

Broadcast Genie has been nothing but a headache. They take forever to respond, and when they finally do, the information is either completely wrong or vague. You’re left chasing them for answers that should’ve been sorted from the start.

It honestly feels like they just take your money and disappear. No updates, no clear communication, and zero accountability. The whole thing feels like a scam – I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I had forgotten I even signed up to BT via Broadband Genie. When I got the email saying my voucher was ready I almost dismissed it as spam... but it looked so genuine. A few minutes later I had a £100 Tesco voucher in my virtual wallet. Could not be happier!
