Really convenient to pass the toll pay station without stopping. Would be better not to have that cost at all, however.
What I enjoy most is the time saving, that I don't have to wait on the queue to pay for a passage.
The perfect pass for crossing the bridges to continental europe. Good prices and fast lane. Much faster (and cheaper) than the slow ferrys.

The Brobizz itself works very well, but information is for customers from outside the Nordic region insufficient.
The Brobizz itself works very well, no problems with that. But the information in the appendix and the personal website is not always that good. Till example: I can add my numberplate to my brobizz. But why should /need I to do so? Numberplate payment is only possible for danish numberplates so it seems completely unlogical to add my numberplate to my brobizz. Besides that: I pay with Brobizz so no numberplate is required.
But the most annoying thing is that the website is almost completely addressed to danish / nordic customers. That’s crazy because more and more people from the ‘south’ of Europe travel to the Nordic region. So please add specific information for southern customers (like that is is impossible to pay with numberplate recognition and use more different languages, not only danish and english)

Great product and the service but…
Great product and the service but emailing with these guys is the worst. Having an urgent matter does not matter to them, waiting answer for a MONTH and when I do receive it and reply to them I need to wait for ANOTHER month. I do not think that this type of company should be working as slowly as that.
EDIT: Even this reply took long enough for you to react. I JUST CAN'T hahahhahahaha

Issues with app
Difficult to login to app. No biometrics. Asks web outside app to login. Sends tons of security codes to email when trying to login... Quite some delay between doing the trip and seeing it in app... Very bad experience compared to other apps.
