Switching Health Care providers can be stressful
I was with my previous Healthcare provider for over 7 years. I was looking for another provider of expat insurance with similar coverage, but at a more competitive cost. Needless to say, I had a lot of questions to ensure I was getting the benefits I need.
Hans was extremely helpful, as well as patient. He was quick to get back to me with clear and solid answers. I never felt pressured. To the point where I feel confident in my decision to switch providers.

We were offered a wide range of options by someone who obviously really listened and understood our requirements.
There was 100% transparency throughout the process, which removed the feeling that you may be missing something.
Whenever we had any questions they were very fast in replying with clear and concise answers, without any of the standard insurance jargon!
