Excellent service , high efficiency and speed
I was introduced to Brokerfish through my employer’s commercial health insurance plans for the expatriate employees and off shore crews.
As I was new to the Organisation and the previous person incharged has left, I had to request for Brokerfish to walk us through the table of benefits, limits and sublimits as it is crucial for us to have thorough understanding of the plans. Brokerfish extended their support through our initial collaboration with them right to the insurans renewal process which includes the anaysis and pricing proposals in a very concise manner. Brokerfish is also very responsive with excellent turn around time . I never had to wait for days to hear from them and no issue is left unsolved.

Excellent! As soon as I contacted Hans at BrokerFish, my health insurance problems were solved! Hans assessed our needs and gave us a choice of insurance companies, then secured our contract with the company we chose. Hans liaises between us and the insurance company, saving me from bouncing from one department and person to another and another, as I did in my life before BrokerFish. How great to have Hans as my only point of contact, and Hans is truly a pleasure to work with.
BrokerFish is excellent. I give my highest recommendations. We have worked with Hans for nearly 10 years. Hans is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and kind.

Before I learned about BrokerFish, I spent months researching international insurance companies, comparing plans and rates for our organization. This was laborious, time-consuming, exhausting and confusing, and distracted me from my other work. I decided on a well-known international insurance provider who was quite expensive (but we thought we would have the best coverage) and we were extremely disappointed with coverage, the claims process, and customer service. After months of communications with their many departments, our employees never got reimbursed for their claims.
Reluctantly, I had to search again for a new health insurance provider the very next year.
When I contacted Hans at BrokerFish, and my health insurance problems were solved! A huge weight was lifted.
I wish I had used BrokerFish from the very beginning, it would have saved money, time and heartache for me, our organization and our employees.

Zero customer care
Emailed them that we would be in between banks on the date of renewal of my health insurance and asked for advice.
They never answered.
Three emails later (from my side), they answered they would check.
Never answered again.
After more emails from my side, they told me three weeks after the renewal date that I had to start my health insurance from scratch.
All benefits were lost.
Brokerfish is to avoid at all costs....
