Ordered an Ultima mattress which arrived on time with a professional and friendly service and the mattress is extremely comfortable. I’m so glad I upgraded my mattress as I was starting get back pain and it’s massively improved since getting this new mattress. Highly recommend.

Company is a clone of their previous which they shut down to avoid honouring orders and warranties of their inferior products

Flagging all negative reviews because it must hurt their poor feelings to read the truth of their terrible behaviour

Do not purchase anything from this company as within 18 months you have a saggy mattress

My daughter had purchased a mattress from Brook + Wilde a few years ago. And after staying at their house, for a week we were very impressed with a good nights sleep. So it’s now come for us to renew our mattress and we bought the same mattress and we have equally been very impressed with it. Well done. On the mattress arriving we noticed they’ve made some changes to the mattress. They have now put some handles on the side which makes it easy to grip when it comes to be rotating mattress around which was not on the old design.5* Ultima Medium King Mattress

I am very happy with the mattress, I bought it because I had been suffering from lower back and hip pain and thought it might help to change my mattress, the mattress is extremely comfortable and supports my back really well and since using it my back pain has gone.

DO NOT BUY!!!
We were fooled by the marketing of this brand to believe they are premium mattresses. We purchased the Perla mattress and within 3months it started to sag leaving hollows where we sleep. I emailed to return under their 200day rule to find they have gone into administration and reopened under brook and Wilde sleep. Called the company and asked if they are selling the same mattresses as previous to which they agreed!!! So we are stuck with a £1600 mattress which is unusable and giving us back pain.
Complete scam of a company, do not trust them

Using deceptive means to run a business.

Brook + Wilde claims to have gone under administration and now running with new trading name Brook + Wilde Sleep. Very suspicious.

I am left with a saggy mattress which costed over a grand for which the warranty is now void due to them claiming to have gone under administration.

They still use the same:
- Contact number as a business
- Same website
- Same branding
- Same product
- Kept details of previous customers for marketing purposes (infringing GDPR which I will raise to ICO)

Beware before you waste your money for a service that is not going to be upheld (including warranty in the longer run)!

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

As many people have already noted, this company is a continuation of Brooke + Wilde, which went into administration and didn’t deliver the products it sold to its customers.

Do not lose your money to these people. Go and buy what you need from a reputable company.
