My sister and I bought a gift voucher for my mum from Broom and Bucket for Mother’s Day. Holly and Bex came and did the deep clean and Mum was really impressed at how professional and friendly they both were. The clean was faultless and we are delighted with the results. Broom and Bucket did a deep clean at my mum's house. Booking was really easy and the clean itself was excellent. The house looks completely different, the team - Holly and Bex - we're both friendly, hardworking and thorough. The communication on the day was really well organised. The service is exactly what we were looking for and really well priced.

We had our house deep cleaned a couple of years ago and, due to health problems, decided to have Boom and Bucket on a regular basis. Today (and last visit) we had Thomas clean for us. We are so pleased with what Thomas has done, the house is so clean and smells so good. He is well worth every penny. Thank you Broom and Bucket.

It was so easy to book this end of tenacy deep clean. Daisy and Caitlin kept us up to date with what was happening and what would be included - really lovely and informative chats, and so kind. The clean was booked and they arrived as expected at 9am. Thomas and Jess did an amazing job, the flat looks brand new. I don't know how they got the oven (among many other things) so clean and sparkly. They very kindly also took down the light shades we had forgotten about. No mean feat considering the height of the ceilings. Great price and great responsive service - can't fault them. I'm very confident we'll get the rental deposit back. Very happy, and will definately use again. UPDATE - Deposit returned in full 😊

Broom and bucket run a flawless service. Response time was quick and helpful, responding to all my questions. They worked hard to fit me in in a reasonable time and delivered a very high standard of service. Thomas and Sandra arrived within the given time frame and were lovely and friendly. Our kitten was not a problem for the team and specific requests are aimed to be accommodated. Our home looks and feels sparkling, a weight off for sure! I am very happy with their work and would 100% recommend. We had a one off deep clean with an oven clean and cannot fault the work. Thank you so much! I will definitely keep broom and bucket in mind for any future needs.

Had a regular General Clean the other day from this great company. They never disappoint. Been using them since August 2025.
I find them to be very professional and friendly.
The ladies in the office like Danielle and Julie are all super efficient but are also very human and happy to share a joke or two.
My regular cleaner, Kaitlyn, is always on time and takes her work very seriously. She often will add extra little cleaning touches that totally compliment the work in general. She is brilliant! The place is practically shining after she has finished.
I will happily continue to hire Broom & Bucket in future and wholeheartedly recommend their fab, sparkly, warm and friendly service, especially Kaitlyn. 10 out of 10.

First time ever using a cleaning company and I was so nervous about my house being judged. Thomas was so lovely and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. Even little details like washing the chandeliers in the sink which has never been done before! My house was spotless never seen it so clean I will be booking in again soon.

I've never had someone come in and clean for me before, but after a rough few months I definitely needed the help. So I wasn't totally sure what to expect. Broom and Bucket were lovely from start to finish. The team communicated brilliantly in arranging the appointment and were clear with expectations from photos I sent over. I cannot say enough lovely things about Daisy and Caitlin. They braved my incredibly dusty house and never once made me feel uncomfortable for the state it was in. They were both super lovely and cracked on with the job. I've spent the evening wandering my house and just being a little in awe of how clean it is. Especially with how dusty and grimey it was when they arrived and the time they had! I will definitely use broom and bucket again in the future (before my house gets as bad as this time!).
