Browns Pharmacy Group is a family owned business of eleven pharmacies across the Midlands from Kings Norton to Hinckley. Our first pharmacy at Kingshurst was purchased by Walter Brown in 1980 and since then we have grown steadily. We believe strongly that our purpose is to provide our customers and patients with high quality service in dispensing and supply of medicines, pharmacist consultations and by offering good value products that help make people feel better. Our customers are important to us and we aim to give you a friendly welcome when you visit us.

Amazing service will be using again

Amazing service will be using again. Browns Pharmacy was also cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered online It was quick, simple and easy enough for someone who doesn't use a computer very often.

Driclor

The product was advertised and invoiced as 60ml but 75ml was sent. Normally no problem and would be a win win but I specifically wanted the 60ml bottle for its size as the bigger bottle does not fir where I keep it.
As for the produce, Driclor is extremely good

No tracking number provided

After a week still not received my order and not had any reply to my emails!

Update - After the weekend I got a
Reply to my email and a tracking code. Royals mail strikes were the reason for delay in delivery however had I’d
Been given the tracking number at the start I would have known this.
