Browns Pharmacy Group is a family owned business of eleven pharmacies across the Midlands from Kings Norton to Hinckley. Our first pharmacy at Kingshurst was purchased by Walter Brown in 1980 and since then we have grown steadily. We believe strongly that our purpose is to provide our customers and patients with high quality service in dispensing and supply of medicines, pharmacist consultations and by offering good value products that help make people feel better. Our customers are important to us and we aim to give you a friendly welcome when you visit us.

Phenergan nighttime

I was happy with my medication, it took abit longer than expected but there had been a postal strike. I do think you could send it cheaper, it came in a big jiffy bag and was supposed to be signed for, a small one would do and it was pushed through the letter box so signed for is a waste of my money.

All of our orders are sent by Royal Mail 48hour tracked postage as we are required to ensure the tracking of parcels containing medicines.

ordered sunday phoned friday as a week seemed too long only to be told i had been overlooked and my meds were not sent out.
Very poor service

The parcel was dispatched 1st class to ensure you got the product as soon as possible after the error but this does not excuse the fact it took a week for your order to be processed. I have had a look into this order and can see that the order was dispatched on the 28th July with Royal Mail following the order being placed on the 27th July. I am very disappointed that this still has not arrived with you as we send all of our online orders with 48 hour tracked postage. If you send us your details with name and order number then we can get the tracking code for you and look into this.

This was a replete purchase of…

This was a replete purchase of medication for 6 months hay fever tablets for my dog. Pre approved by my vet.
Excellent service and quick delivery.
If I had to say 1 thing I was unhappy with it was the package had been opened at some point from the pharmacy to my address. Such a shame. Perhaps bubble wrap the tablets this way they will not attract attention from sticky fingers!

We have dispatched this item with Royal Mail on Monday and have now sent through the tracking code to yourself. My payment was accepted and delivery…

My payment was accepted and delivery date detailed.
The next notification was from the credit card saying that my payment had been refunded.
I received no notification of my order being cancelled or explanation
A terrible way to treat a customer.zero points.

I am really sorry to hear that you were not contacted when your order was refunded. This is against our operating procedures which requires all customers to be contacted if we are unable to fulfil their order.

We are currently in the process of putting a new system in place which automatically emails our customers, to ensure that every customer who unfortunately requires a refund is contacted with a reason why this has happened. However, there are still a few issues we are trying to work out with this system. I would like to apologise for this inconvenience and understand how frustrating it can be when you order online and receive no further information.
