Terrible company no customer service

Terrible company no customer service. I bought a brush year and a half ago with the replacement head plan and they have never sent me one order ever. Absolute scam of a a company that is still leaning on the supply chain excuse. This company needs to fold up and disappear because they have no credibility at this point.

What a disaster of a company!

What a disaster of a company that kicked off with so much promise!! I was overjoyed initially with my dusty pink electric toothbrush. And on original promise with the purchase I was to receive refill brushes every six months. That was in August 2022. It is now January of 2024 and I’ve not once received a refill and I’ve not ONCE received any kind of customer service or apology or explanation despite my best efforts to understand the holdup and silence on their part. This kind of experience is unheard of in the business world where customers are critical to its success. I’ve never been more flummoxed and pissed off. It’s absurd and baffling. DO NOT SUPPORT BRUUSH. They need to pay less attention to celebrity endorsements and be held accountable for their irresponsibility with paying and trusting customers.

Same as the last person

Same as the last person. Bought my bruush for almost a year now and there has been no replacement. I messaged them a month or two ago and they say that they have no stock for replacement heads.

Don't carry the brush replacement...smells like a scam, would give tem -5 stars if I could.

I have been waiting for almost 1 year for brush replacement. Recently they have started contacting me to tell me that they did not have the replacement in stock but that I would get them when they do. What did these idiot expect me to do??? not brush my teeth for 1 year. This has all the markings of a scam. I have informed them that I did not want their products anymore. Wanna bet they will try to send them anyway and charge me for it... grrrr

Poor quality with WORSE customer service

The coloured coating on the exterior of the toothbrush becomes discoloured quickly (pink one). I made the mistake of ordering one as a gift for my partner in the colour midnight and not even 3 months into owning the toothbrush, the colour has started to bubble and peel. Customer service NEVER gets back to you via email and whenever I try calling, the call rings three times and drops. DO NOT BUY FROM BRUUSH!!!

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Place an order, received my order confirmation, but no toothbrush has shipped and Bruush fails to respond to my calls and emails. Are they a real company? Poor customer service.

Great Toothbrush… which is useless without Brush Head Replacements

Great toothbrush but my recommendation: find another option. This is the second time I’ve had issues getting my replacement heads. The first time was during COVID, when the company claimed they were experiencing manufacturing issues and it took three to four months to finally get my order. Understandable, since everyone was experiencing issues during the pandemic. The most recent time, I don’t even know what the issue is, since the company won’t respond to my inquiries. I am on a 6-month replenishment program and for the past four months they just keep bumping my auto-ship order by another month with no email notification or response to my emails. Toothbrush is useless without being able to get replacement heads.

Good Product; Very Poor Service

Like every other negative review on this site, the product is very good. The customer service is very poor in terms of communication and shipping orders. I am on a subscription program for the brush heads which are supposed to ship every 6 months. Two bad experiences - the first one, the shipment delayed by 1 month because of supply issues. Second one, the shipment was supposed to be delayed 1 month because of supply chain issues but when I checked on the status the delayed shipment has been delayed an additional month because of supply issues and in both delays I was not notified. Had to find out the information myself. It's a shame too because it is a good product but I will look for another brush with a more supportive customer service.

Brush refill OUT OF ORDER months ago

Don’t buy the brush as their refill brush head has been out of order since months ago! Unless you want to buy the whole new set of brush every time you need to change your brush head then go ahead

Terrible!!!

Terrible!!!! Loves the last two brushes, but same issue as other people. I ordered a new brush on June 13. They charged me and never shipped!!! I have emailed two times, contacted to m with a message on their website form, and even left a voicemail! Also, they haven’t refilled their brush heads for the other two brushes in months. Do not buy!!!!!

Bruush is on the struggle bus

Terrible experience from beginning to end. I have a Bruush toothbrush already, and the product itself is great. I went to order a new one a few weeks ago, and first off, couldn’t complete my order due to a weird error message. When I reached out to support they couldn’t resolve it either, and told me they’d get back to me after they spoke to their web developers. I tried submitting my order again a few days later and was successful. Then weeks went by without my order shipping and zero communication from Bruush regarding delays. I reached out to them to inquire about when I could expect my order to ship and they explained they’re having some sort of internal issue that’s preventing them from shipping orders. Why isn’t that being communicated or disclosed to customers? Why do I have to reach out to support to get this info? It’s been almost a month since I placed my order and I finally just cancelled. Honestly just a poor experience from beginning to end - website barely works and if you’re able to get past that issue, good luck getting your order.

Follow up is awful

This is a great toothbrush and checks all the boxes in terms of dental care. The brush comes with a nice travel case, good choice of colours and two extra brush heads. After that, there are no more brush heads. The told me that they had 'supply chain' problems but that was six or eight months ago. Their website still shows this item as 'out of stock.' They have not answered e-mails or the telephone. Don't buy this brush unless you know you have a reliable source of replacement brush heads. No other producers' brush heads fit Bruush toothbrushes. There is a subscription service for brush heads but I don't know how they can possibly service these requests. Best to avoid as no reliable follow up for replacment brush heads.
