The warning system is very finely tuned to pick up the slightest trip. I find it better to receive a call from the slightest unusual movement rather than being ignored and forgotten.
The only minor problem is helping neighbours who don't pick up calls from unknown phone numbers. This is due to the general marketing by unwanted sales calls.
Buddi are aware that the problem is outside their control. Their team will always stay with you to move to the list, and as a last resort, to a Paramedic for help.
Well worth the investment for peace of mind, and it knows where you are within a square metre

The staff at Buddi were excellent. I contacted them to ask for more information to support the decision about choosing a personal safety alarm. The man I spoke with was very helpful and clear.
The person this was for wanted a device that was not too ‘medical’ in appearance - Buddi certainly has a lovely contemporary look, just like many other items of wearable technology.
Unfortunately the device turned out to be unsuitable for our particular situation. However the return process was very straightforward & my money was refunded promptly. I would certainly consider returning to Buddi in the future if the right circumstances arise.

Like fact it's a watch, and app works fine most of the time. Surprised by how many false alarms I get, and issues with status being disconnected.
In summary, I think the product fills a niche, but still has scope for improvement.

Had a problem because my debit card had expired, and although I updated it, the transaction wouldn’t go through. Buddi stepped in and were extremely helpful, reassuring me that they would work with me to resolve the problem. I can’t fault the help that was given, and the courtesy and understanding they showed to this elderly lady. Many thanks.

I really wish I could give 10 stars!!! Buddi is amazing. I live 2.5 hours from my parents and the peace of mind that Buddi gives me is wonderful. My dad is 82 years old and is still going lots of places. Now he has Buddi I can relax. The staff are amazing, so friendly kind and helpful and because they are in the UK and a nice small team they get to know you. So it is a very personal service.

I have been a buddi customer for four years. Great product and great service. Recently had a problem with my wristwatch. Very polite and customer service rep answered within 3 rings and advised me to send the watch to them for investigation. I sent it on a Friday afternoon and it was returned to me in full working order on the following Tuesday. Impressive!

the biggest problem was the number of false alarms. even set on low it was still giving false alerts. i was taking it off to make the bed was very careful when turning right while driving the car etc. The many alerts caused my children anxiety and needless concern. Your staff were all wonderful saying as long as l was ok that was all that mattered. Sadly l have now returned the device but your customer service team were excellant

The alarm watch is easy to wear.The alarm goes quickly to both my daughters' mobile phones and they can check i'm ok by a text, or a phone call. They are very amused if it has caught on a strap or sleeve! It is no trouble at all and i'm glad to have it as i have mobility issues.
