Poor quality

Purchased vegan buffalo boots from ASOS. Huge splits separating the soles in just a few months, rendering them unwearable. Poor quality!

Extremely bad!

Very bad customer service. I have ordered a pair of Buffalo snealers. I chose for the invoice payment method because i dont use paypal or credit card. I immidiately paid the sneakers and transferred the money. This was last week. I had already a few problems with paying which i already had contact about with the customer service, i even sent them proof that i had already paid. After that i haven't heard anything back.
Today i received an e-mail saying i still need to pay for my order. This is absolutely absurd!!! I am extremely amgry about this. I tried to contact them today in the morning with the contact form but no reply (they work from 12 to 6). I tried to call but it said the number isn't an existing number, its the official number from their site. I am trying to fix this situation, but for your sake, don't ever buy here!

I think their customer service desks are understaffed

I have now tried ordering from Buffalo Boots online store three whole times.
The first time I was told there was an address error, and was given a refund, which I figured must've somehow been on my part.

The second time, I took care to write out my address correctly and carefully, only to once again have them say there was an address error.

I attempt to email their customer service, as well as file a complaint. After three days, I still haven't heard from them. The only ones willing to answer on their side is the social media team handling the instagram page.

Finally, I give them a call. They tell me they have no idea how the error might have happened, seeing as the address I gave them is correct.

In the meantime, one of the two pairs I bought have sold out. I ask if they still have my package and can resend my order. They respond that they cannot, as the warehouse works seperately from the customer service team. Which strikes me as a less than clever move.

Regardless, I attempt to purchase from them a third time. My address is correct. I have triple checked this.

And YET.

They get sent back ONCE MORE.

At this point it can't be an error on my part; I KNOW my address is correct, and for all I do a ton of internet shopping, no one else has ever struggled to deliver a package to me this much. From two seperate carriers nonetheless!

Maybe Buffalo just shouldn't advertise that you write them at all, seeing as they can, and will, ignore any and all complaint you send to them.
