Great product
Great product, shipping was perfectly and fast even though I am from Germany. Only thing to criticise is the dpd app or browser thing which did not load at all but thats not the fault of BFA. :)

Great Product, Terrible Service
The product itself is excellent, the quality, design and durability are exactly what you would expect from Built For Athletes. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making something that performs well and lasts.
Unfortunately, the customer service and delivery experience let the brand down badly. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and resolving what should have been a simple issue turned into a frustrating process. The delivery service also added unnecessary delays.
It’s a shame, because the product is genuinely very good, but the overall experience of dealing with the company makes it hard to recommend. If the customer service and logistics improved, this would easily be a much higher rating.

Honest opinion. From a previous built for athletes customer.
Honestly this is my second purchase. The last one was 3yrs ago. The bag then was tremendous but todays just seem well not built like they used to be. And whats funny but not funny is i paid the same price for todays not great built bag as what i did 3yrs ago. Probabley due to "climate change" as they call it but i call it robbing from the masses but whatever. Wasnt overly happy with the bag tbh but i bought for my son the one i bought 3yrs ago is still going fckn lets say. This new one i doubt will last but i might just be wrong we will see. The company in general is as good as it was and has ever been tbh. Fast service etc and everything else that comes with a good company i just feel the materials are NOT built to last now. But isnt everything. If its built to last i guess we would never replace. Unfortunate thats todays motto for everything. I gave 3 stars and thats mostly towards the companys quality the bag is much smaller todays bag i ordered a 20ltr bag and thats for my son for school. My personal bag is 45lrs and better built and the price is the same. Make it make sense and less quality.
