I ordered a bag and zip toggles. The zip toggles were not included in the shipment. When I connected with the company to advise them and ask if they can send them by way, they refused to do so. I am dissappointed that they were not able to hold up their part of the order.

I got wrong item. Then had to contact and discuss. My item was sold out so without communication they thought to send me some another item I just may like. Then I have to send it back just to get a compensation of 10€. That’s not a great service I expected.
