Some of their products are of inconsistent quality, colours of extracts change from order to order, powders are often different grades of grind, sometimes super fine and other times quite course. I have been ordering from them for several years and have noticed these inconsistencies over time. As I'm a small player and located overseas my emails often get ignored.
But on the upside postage is reasonable and very quick if you go express.

So bad it feels like a scam. Could not deliver to me, sent the return around the continent to return to themselves, and still haven't issued a refund more than a month after it should have been delivered to me. They are sending thousands of kilometers in the wrong direction trying to return it to themselves, so I'm guessing it'll take another month to get back to them, then they said its another 1-2 months to process the refund, after which they may deduct fees for all the extra shipping from my refund. So I have to wait 4 months to lose money on my order without getting anything? Scam.

I ordered supplements for 160 USD to be sent to my home in Malaysia. Customs confiscated the goods as they exceeded the allowable quantity.
When I contacted BulkSupplements, they simply said that if the order was not delivered for any reason, they would not give any refund.
This is appalling customer service as they should check restrictions for the countries they are shipping to and could attempt to retrieve the goods from customs, or at least offer a partial refund.
I feel badly cheated by a company with no ethics. Disgusted.

Order damaged in last leg of transit. Charged me for the transit back, was 1/2 of my order worth for the transit back. Absolute joke of a company. Buy elsewhere.

Horrible Customer Service, Bag Zip Strips the cheapest quality I've had. The strips have been defective in closing and tearing away from the bag.

i ordered Boron but there was no measuring spoon included. when i read about the small amount of boron that can be toxic(this was on WebMD, not BS package). BS should at least include the message on their packaging about dose toxicity!

Failed to deliver half my order and fair enough refunded me and gave me a free delivery code to reorder it. Proceeded to reorder item, creatine, blue rasp flavour, and they deliver an unflavoured bag. Didn’t relate and opened it, made drink and noticed, policy online states if product opened not accepted. Two orders incorrect, one lost customer.

Used for 2weeks seeing no weight loss.

I like being able to buy in bulk and getting quality products for less money. It’s easy to titrate the dose.
