I would avoid this company at all cost…
I would avoid this company at all cost they are dishonest. Firstly my order accidently went as a subscription, I don't know how as I only ordered a single purchase. They then added £8 delivery cost for a £12 supplement. I raised a dispute. Their tracking displayed the parcel was stuck in Surrey up to last night when I told them I had not received the item this morning they changed the stutus to delivered yet no parcel has been delivered. I am now having to go through a PPayPal dispurte. I would avoid ordeing from this company at all cost

partial refund with no explanation
I've ordered from this company several times and while their shipment process is normally slow (weeks). My last order went missing entirely. When I tracked the order it showed their shipper had returned the order without attempting to deliver. I contacted customer service and they issued a refund of 60.00 out of a total order of 100.00. When I questioned why they didn't refund the total amount they said it was. 40.00 restock fee. When I questioned why I was being charged a fee for their issue. I received no further comment. Will not order from them again.

Very misleading prices…be careful
While their prices might appear good initially they add £3 shipping insurance, £8 postage, plus vat £5.66 to a £29 product. This cost increase was added a second before I pressed Apple Pay.
