I ordered a 2 piece suit for my mother's birthday in May 2024, it came way too big and when I wanted to return the order they were wanting me to take a 5% refund instead of returning the clothes, after posting the items back to China I the company closed down and the website is no longer available, I have emailed them numerous times about the refund and no reply, it is now Ocotber and they have shut their email systems as well, my parcel is sitting in China depo with nowhere to go as I'm sure the address gave to me was wrong as well. No refund and also wasted £30 on returning the goods on top of what I paid to get them deliverer, UTTER SCAM.

They charged me for 2 items that I never received. I am getting money back from my card company. They have the nerve to dispute the refund. Stay away and try get your money back as this is a scam

I bought an outfit in June and never received it. I sent several emails and received messages that they are overwhelmed with orders and are working hard out to send my order. It never arrived and now the company is closed. They are scammers - Elizabeth is a false name, please do not order from these online shops - view reviews first befor placing an order!!!!!

Attention to those who have been scammed by Burbik! They have emerged under a new name IvyBelle.uk. Even same pictures on site, same group of scammers under a different name. Beware!

It would be ZERO stars, if that were an option!
Ordered summer clothes for my mum & me on 22nd June - over £100 worth. Nothing arrived despite many emails request (& assurances) Received emails, in response, from ‘Elizabeth Marlow’ saying delay was due to high demand.
Asked for a full refund twice, & was answered with the same lies. Now, the email is not working at all!

If I could give no stars I would. Order placed in May ~ never arrived ~ obviously. Absolutely disgusting company ~ DO NOT BUY

Ordered goods on 17th June 2024, and kept being told goods have been shipped and to be a bit more patient as goods will arrive. Still no goods and now their website is no longer available. This is plain theft of people's money!

It looked as if it a genuine UK company. Turns out to be a total scam and should be prosecuted for cheating and looting.

Ordered in June and still no sight for delivery. When emailing the company I get the same response again and again. Unfortunately the experience made me stop buying from instagramm or other social media sites . I lost trust .

This is a sight conning people. I bought goods from them in June and nothing has been received despite numerous emails and complaints.
Now the shop has disappeared. They gave the impression that clothes were from Italy but sent tracking information for China and the tracking information shows that they have no information about the sale

This company is an absolute scam. I ordered a few outfits on the 15th of June 2024. It never arrived in despite 5 emails telling me that it’s on its way. Now the site is NO LONGER EXIST for my credit card company to get my money back. ARRGGH! So angry. 😡

BEWARE! They are on zero star, they are scammers.

Order placed 17th June - despite several emails assuring me the order is on its way it has still not materialised. Absolutely appalling service & I feel the company is a total scam. Will not be placing orders based on instagram advertising ever again. Not even worth 1 star.

I ordered my items two months ago and I have yet to receive them despite numerous emails sent to them. They have a standard response to all my enquiries. Now I can no longer access the website and tracking details have now disappeared. It's been a nightmare trying to get my order. I usually review most companies before purchasing but unfortunately for me I didn't this time.

Do not touch! A scam company. Inferior products, home made out of cheap cotton instead of linen! When not satisfied they offered me 5% of my money back!
