I am still waiting for my order, it’s a month now and customer service keeping telling you order is on its way . No customer service contact number. They are scammers.

Not recommended at all. Very bad experience from quality described to dealing with return. I was offered to keep the item , then to send another £30.00 for the suitable one instead. Big mistake to deal with them.

Do not buy from them. It’s a scam. Haven’t received an order after a month of being placed. Customer service saying it’s on its way. No tracking available. No refund issued.

This site is one of the most ridiculous sites that I ordered in this period. After a month I still haven't received my package and they won't even refund my money.

I would give Zero if it was an option - shoddy cheap clothes not as advertised and no way to return for a refund - don’t waste your money !!

It was the worst experience I have ever received when shopping online. It is stating that is in London but they do not even have any warehouse in UK.
The quality did not match the description, the material was awful and I had to pay extra 70GBP to return the items to China.
Costumer service is very unprofessional and unhelpful.
Thankfully I paid through PayPal which where very helpful and managed to get at least the remaining amount back.

Company gives impression it is London based.I tried to return an item and told it needed to be sent to China, at my expense and I would be reimbursed for 10% of purchase price!!
I wrote a second letter expressing my surprise that the company was based in China and was told politely that my final offer was 25% if the purchase price.
Politeness doesn’t negate the fact that this company are rip off merchants and definitely do not provide satisfactory customer service.

Do not touch this company thieves and scammers no product and they will take your money disgusting

Ordered it’s been 3 weeks , they never dispatched my dress ! Be careful guys . Totally scammed.

I've just contacted my bank to open a dispute. Ordered on the 15th June. Never order anything that appears on Facebook and reviews on their site are all hocus Pocus 😡

Nearly a month since the order and no sign of shipment. Also no response to my email.

I have purchased a trouser suit after one month not arrived . I am a pensioner of 70 years old how people can seam and con you is a disgrace. It said it was a London firm but turned out to be from China if I knew it was from china I would not have spend my pension with them.

Me idiot trusted its good company as they assume they are making clothing in Italy and its shop in London. Oh why oh why I didnt read this reviews😀.
I will start dispute with bank in few says as its been 2 weeks since I ordered.
Well I was scammed too. Be careful and read first reviews before you buy anything online.

This company says easy returns you NEVER get a return address and if you did it is to CHINA at your expense no refunds no exchange
Buyer beware

Scammed over £50 after seeing a flashy advert on social media. Tried in vain to get them to either return my money or the items I bought with no luck!

Difficult to review what I haven't received. I have been waiting forever. Fell for it. Foolish me. Thought they were in London. No trace of their contact numbers.

Like all the others on this site which I found too late . This company is a joke - crap merchandise , crap customer service and totally thieving solutions. Spent over £ 60 - offered 5% refund and send clothes back to China however if they have problems re-importing all refunds were void . What an absolute joke . That's me finished with social media advets !!!

Wish I had looked at this before making a purchase!
Goods arrived but colour not what I purchased and looked cheap.
Contacted them for return address - replied but not with address - 2 emails later and still no reply. Sure they are trying to make me run out of time!

So disappointed. I'm so careful to buy from the UK where possible. I ordered a shirt dress that is being widely advertised on social media. I ordered the soft blue colour. It has taken an age to arrive and is inferior quality, the cheapest white plastic buttons and in a very thin fabric. Worst of all (you can always change buttons) the colour is totally different from the sales picture - a really harsh, unflattering turquoise. I can't for the life of me find a return address so I have messaged them. Meanwhile I see that in their T&C returns are at own cost (fair enough) but are 'from £20' - not sure why - presumably to get it back through China customs? I really hope not, but I'm awaiting their reply.
