BE AWARE THIS IS SCAM COMPANY
This is a scam! Goods are faulty! Advertised as cotton & linen the product arrived with label ‘95% polyster’
They don’t accept returns in the UK. You will need to send goods to China and pay all shipping and import duties costs! SCAM
Not As Advertised
Don't be mislead by the flashy advertising and the company name Burbik London. This is not an English Company - my transaction was paid to a bank in the Netherlands. My goods did arrive - from China - the cheapest materials, poorly made - nothing like the professional photographs nor are they made from the fabric content shown in their advertisements. Although I was initially informed I could return the items to London at my own expense - they then told me they do not have an address in the UK and I have to return to China. This company is deliberately misleading people on every level! I have already been in touch with my bank as I paid by CC. I would suggest you avoid them at all costs and contact you bank.
I can’t believe I fell for this
I can’t believe I fell for this. A total scam. Woeful material and sizing and returns have to be sent to china tracked to make it prohibitively expensive to do so - criminal!
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. The quality and sizing is poor. I have tried every route to get an answer on how to return the goods (they say 30 day returns) without any process or response on how to do this. Feels like a scam.
