From the beginning right up to the end we received excellent service, with Mathew Barlow dealing with the probate to Ngaire Culshaw dealing with the house sale . Michaela & Caitlin at Burd Ward worked very hard for us in what turned out to be a very protracted purchase with numerous barriers coming from our sellers & their solicitors. They kept me fully informed along the way with all paperwork dispatched & actioned quickly. Didn’t think the purchase would beat the Stamp duty changes but it did.
