Customer services and product quality
I hadnt got updates on my delievery for a few days so I emailed them and they called me within minutes of me sending off the email to customer service and they answered my question very well and explained that some socks i had ordered with my other items was out of stock so kindly offered to pack me 2 other socks in place of the one i initially ordered with my larger item and refund me for the socks which is very kind of them and appreciated. Once i got off the phone from them i got a shipping notification and received my parcel the next day. Customer service 10/10 and the items themselves that i had bought for my boyfriend are amazing quality and look and feel so lovely. Very glad i came across this brand and would recommend.
