The SCAM of the century!!

When you talk to their business support team, you will find out that they know nothing about business basics! they know nothing about the Ads manager!! these guys don't even know what the dashboard look like!!

They never solved a single problem!! and their Ads algorithm is a scam, totally scam to force you to deal with their media buyers! Google Ads is far way better and they're very very professional.

As a business owner, i will never recommend Facebook and i hope that they shut down as soon as possible!

I have reported over 1.000 bits of content that in my eyes should not be on here . Dirty little stinkers flash bit all over Facebook Now if this was a man he would be a pedo but because it a women that makes them a sl*g in my eyes I don’t won’t to see this rubbish I reported everyone I come a cross but Facebook says there is nothing wrong with it now if I can see this what makes them think kids don’t see this even pedos are on Facebook this should be shut down or a way. Wrong language

Really? Is that still, in 2022, so complicated to give the choice of the UI language to users? I live in Belgium and Meta thinks that 100% of people here speak Flemish 🙄 That's tiring. Please, give that choice to users (French or English). Thanks.

A lot of bugs

A lot of bugs. Everyday a new bug. My business notifications are not working for the last 4 years. I opened more than 10 tickets.
My ads gets restricted, my accounts also, the support can't ever give any explaination except : yes you have been locked for policies reason. I'm showing people sewing and selling suscription to sewing classes ! And i see a lot of ads about total scam about bitcoin and whisky everyday !

Quite simply the worst customer service…

Quite simply the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We use Facebook as a key tool for our advertising our franchise business and without doubt it provides the worst support full stop. As a small business, when you are spending 90% of your advertising budget each month which is around £1k and they dont even have a human to answer your questions you know there is something wrong.
Ive tried for the past 3 months to resolve an issue where our business card is blocked from making payments for our ads, but the same card has been happily paying for Twitter ads and every other part of our business. But they expect us to get a new card from our bank just for them! Don't get me started on trying to get ads approved. Over 50+ customer chats to get ads approved by humans as the bots algorithm is simply not good enough to differentiate between a franchise business and job advert.
ALWAYS get someone on the chat that say "We know your issue is important and don't worry we will help" but I am always dealing with a new person who asks basic questions ive heard a million times and it takes me 20 minutes to finally get it expedited. Why aren't there ad account managers at this level?
Dreadful, dreadful support.

Worst customer service ever

I have never seen a more incompetent customer service. Money has been stolen from my ad account due to a security issue on their side and they have not been able to reimburse me, let alone respond to my questions. It's a shame that such a big company is so incompetent and excessively user unfriendly. This is undoubtedly the worst advertisement platform on the market.

Tried to create an ad for first time this but my ad account has been restricted for over a year and facebook doesnt know why

Went to create an ad for the first time...turns out facebook restricted my ad account over a year ago and they cannot undo it because its been over 6 months. They didnt even tell me when they decided to restrict it (back when I never even used it)...after weeks of emailing their support and specialists the conclusion is that they cannot undo it because of the timeframe. Instead they sent me a form to give suggestions to improve their website...hope they go broke

Paid for boosting a post but was…

Paid for boosting a post but was rejected, asked for a review, still rejected. Quite obscure what grounds they rejected ,all it was a job advert for a shop of ours . Anyway kept charging my debit card though. Tried to remove the payment method nope. They still have outstanding payments . What a piece of rubbish Meta is. DONT PAY THEM TOBOOST ANY POST .

Facebook customer service is appalling

Facebook customer service is appalling. I have reported an issue with a Facebook page many times, sent dozens of emails and messaged on chat to be ignored and not to be even acknowledged. This kind of treatment is appalling.
My Facebook pages dissapeared overnight without a trace.
I have not closed the page so do not understand what is going on!
I have reported this technical issue on multiple occasions to not even get a response. This is not how you treat your customers. Would someone please at least acknowledge my reports and emails and rectify the issue.

Every time I've had an issue it hasn't been able to be resolved. This goes for ads previously and WA business. I will change this away from 1 star if this simple BUG on Meta's side is fixed in the next couple of days.

Support is no help

They keep banning my ad account and never give a reason why. Contacting support gets you nowhere and you’re stuck not being able to advertise your business for weeks on end. Apparently there is some “specific department” that is able to derestrict your account but the support you are able to contact has no connection with this department and can’t get you in touch with them.

Just a Petrie dish for FRAUD

I’ve had been using Facebook for a very long time and also using there Marketplace successfully up till a month ago when Facebook suggested I used a platform called STRIPE to reach out to buyers and also provide couriering items I sell.

In a nut shell, STRIPE accounts are obviously easy to set up by fraudsters using stolen credit cards, debit cards and it’s evident STRIPE accounts are easy to hack by Fraudulent individuals.

STRIPE will not release any funds to new customers until you can prove via Facebook, with a tracking number, that you have posted the item your selling. Once you do this STRIPE will process the payment, but being a new customer it takes 10 days. So STRIPE sits on the funds for 10 days and possibly more so you would of thought they would have picked up the fact that the account or card used was fraudulent…. Apparently not… and Facebook aren’t interested either. Even when you want to protect others from Fraudulent users by reporting the Facebook user!

Facebook Meta is just run by criminals for criminals.

World's most greedy company I have ever seen in my life.
They're not serious about their users. I'm a full-time Facebook advertiser, but without doing any fault, they restricted me from advertising. In their system, in every setting and option, there're some bugs and problems.
