I was happy with the service provided and Jessica was very helpful and responsive --even when I was probably a little annoying.

So far, the service has been great and the chat ID feature has been able to answer my questions. You start paying for the service when you purchase it, but it can take some time to set up your mailbox with a required notarized form, so make sure you have your new permanent address figured out before purchasing.

Whenever I email a business anywhere with a question, they respond immediately and follow through with my request.

I was fed up with poor customer service from other online providers. I easily transferred my LLC with their register agent service and virtual mailbox. Dashboard is easy to use, now everything is in good hands. Highly recommend!

I created a corporation and set up my virtual mailbox for both private and business use on the Business Anywhere website, and it was amazingly easy. Within days, and for just a few hundred bucks, I was set up.

And, unlike so many businesses that just leave you hanging once you've paid your fees, I get responses to every customer service request within 24 hours. I have been working with Jessica to do some additional paperwork, and she has answered my questions concisely and stays on task 100%. I'm a fan and really glad that I chose this service.

After using them for about six months, everything has been great, and when I had some special mail forwarding needs, Kara was really easy to work with and took care of everything with a personal touch.

I was a little concerned before starting, how everything would go, but it’s been great.

Regarding time to setup a business and mailing, it took a little longer than advertised, but not because of any issues, you need to fill out forms for permission to recieve your mail and then they get it processed at the post office, and then you set up business and file those papers and it just takes a week or two to get it all sorted out and processed.

Mail forwarding costs only a couple dollars plus the cost of shipment. Looking at redit I found out that other places cost less up front but far more in hidden fees. I haven’t found any such issues here. Very fair and affordable. So I think this was the best option for me.

Support tickets took a couple days to address sometimes, but once they are on your issue they are very human and follow through to resolve things.

It doesn’t have the pitfalls of many internet businesses where support is non existent or part of some expensive tiered plan.

Anyway, yeah, I’m happy, everything has been good, and I wouldn’t go somewhere else.

BusinessAnywhere is an excellent company that provides top-notch service. I’ve had three virtual mailboxes with them for several months and the online interface is very easy to navigate. I once had trouble receiving a letter but after contacting them, they sorted it out and found the letter within 24 hours. Their online notary service is fairly priced with many options for appointments. It’s always a pleasure to chat with Kara, even as she notarizes several documents at a time for me. I can’t recommend their services enough to other small businesses!

I had the most pathetic experience...

They are making all sorts of videos on YouTube, but if you ask them any questions based on their own videos and they cannot justify their own content

The subordinates come across as dumbs... ( I spoke with Agnese)

They come to the meeting unprepared.... she didn't even read the agenda for the meet that I had clearly mentioned....

with them, I feel one might Not be in safe / professional hands...
