Agnese Zeltina was very helpful when I asked for help. In fact the business anywhere team have always been excellent.

In my initial review of Business Anywhere, I based it upon what I thought was a confirmed customer service follow up call. Unfortunately, I jumped the gun not recognizing my scheduled call was for the following week. (My mistake...)

I apologize for not confirming my facts before rating and appreciate the phone call that was placed, on time, per the confirmation a week later.

Great company and great experience all around.

I have to start with that I have physically met Bobby Casey and shaked his hand. He won't remember as it was a long time ago.

Since I met him a long time ago, that means everything here may not be 100% accurate. Some of it is common sense, some is personal experience but it should be pretty close to 100%.

Side note, I may not be great with punctuation....

Upon meeting him, I learned he is NOT an Attorney/Lawyer. He has either
multiple Bachelors degree or a Masters in International Business or both.

He is the Managing Director of Global Wealth Protection, GWP. An International Consulting firm.

I'm guessing Businessanywhere.io is the Domestic Subsidiary.

I explained all that to say, Bobby Casey knows what he is talking about. He has done it...

But, also to say that he Partners with or Sub-contracts with Attorneys/Lawyers.

Now if you review the BusinessAnywhere.io site, you will see they offer Countless Services in all 50 States.

All 50 States should tell you that the "Services" (actually DOING things) they offer are Sub-contracted out. As in, they have partnerships with other Businesses that actually DO things.

As an example, a Virtual Address is Sub-Contracted out or Partnered with a Business that, that is what they do. So, when you purchase a virtual mailbox, a portion is paid out to another Company. So, yes, there is a mark up.

What he has actually done with the web site Businessanywhere.io is set it up so that the Legal Structure and a lot of the Administration side is Automated.

He still handles a lot of the Customer service issues himself but he definitely handles the Consultations himself.

I have explained all this so that people understand in a common sense way, that Businessanywhere.io is not some Top Tier Law firm. They are also not a NO frills cheap DIY (Do It Yourself) operation.

They know What to do and How to do it. They are not cheap, but EVERYTHING that can be Automated is or will be.

As for Customer service, give it a few days not weeks for actions to happen. Follow up without initiating Credit disputes. They WILL make it happen if you don't demand things instently.

In summary, you use Businessanywhere.io for their Knowledge Experience and Automation, in addition to, as close to a one stop shop as you will get without the Top Tier Law firm.

You can definitely do things cheaper as DIY. But DIY, you will probably mess it up and it will cost you later.

If you are really stubborn, use them to set your self up correctly first and reverse engineer yourself later while giving up on their Automation. I think you will find the need to remember when and how to do legal things is a head ache.

ALL of that being said, unless you have a SERIOUS transaction of revenue pending immediately, you do NOT need package 3.

Start with the first package and build from there. This will save a lot of the reverse engineering and money especially if you are doing more then 1 entity.

Finally, as a side note to their comments... by definition, a lease contract is SUB-contracted out. Unless you want to black out the personal information and provide a W2 with BusinessAnywhere.io as the employer....

Business anywhere the best choice for all persons that want to form a LLC

I have had these guys for a year and not even a single business mail was accepted or sent to me even though I did fill out all the forms and notarize the Form 1583. I have received many calls from my senders/banks saying my mail was being returned. I have reached out to their customer service and they couldn't figure out the issue instead told me everything is working and I can start sending mail. No result again! I am tired of this and had to move to another service and now I have to change my business address for everyone as this has been a cascading affect for an year. They did not even have the courtesy to check if their customer mail is working after the complaint or return my one year fees or at least try to fix the problem and check by sending a sample mail again, but instead asked me if I would like to continue and they were not sure why my mail was being rejected. Please watch out with these guys before you go with them. All they care about is in the very beginning when you purchase, and they DON'T CARE their customers after that. BEWARE!

This is a company with actually people responding to your emails and questions. I have used a different company previously and hated getting stuck in ticketing systems and not being able to reach anyone.
Every time we've needed help or clarification on an issue they have gotten back to us quickly - Paula has been really helpful.
I Highly recommend.
