Buster + Punch is a London-born solid metal design label, founded in 2012 in a garage in East London by Massimo Minale. It started with a simple frustration - the door handles, switches and light fittings on the market at the time were dull, disposable, and built to be forgotten. Buster + Punch set out to make the opposite: hardware and lighting with weight, presence and attitude, built from real materials rather than plated or moulded substitutes.
Today the brand ships worldwide through four regional stores covering the UK, Europe, the US and Australia. Looks great, Had small issue after which was quickly resolved!
We have a Buster and punch pendant lights with a tube led bulb. The light and bulb look really good but I wasn’t quite happy with quality. The bulb started to flicker after a while and stopped on occasion entirely as well which was disappointing as these lights aren’t cheap.
After I left my review Buster and Punch contacted me almost instantly and advised this isn’t normal and shouldn’t happen. Even though the bulb was out of the warranty period they sent me a new one and within a week everything is now like it should be.
It was unfortunate the first bulb failed but this was rectified quickly so very happy with that.

Absolutely Furious with Your Pathetic Quality - The Worst Interior Choice
I am absolutely furious and appalled by the ridiculously poor quality of your products. I am a consumer and interior professional based in South Korea, and I purchased a massive amount of "authentic" Buster + Punch products directly through your official website over multiple orders for my home.
It hasn't even been 3 days since the installation was finished, and your switches are already snapping off! I didn't even press them hard—I literally just flicked the switch gently, and the toggle broke right off. And it's not just one; the switches installed in other rooms are breaking off in the exact same way.
I spent thousands of dollars, including expensive international shipping to Korea, and I am beyond pissed off. Looking inside the broken pieces, the internal mechanism is made of incredibly cheap, flimsy plastic. I basically threw thousands of dollars straight into the trash.
Three switches broke in just three days, which means it is painfully obvious that the rest will inevitably snap soon too. Are you kidding me? If I have to rip these out and replace them with a different brand, I will have to completely redo the wall painting and finishing just to match the new plates. I can't even begin to imagine the astronomical extra costs, time, and stress this will incur.
Choosing Buster + Punch was the absolute worst decision I made for this entire interior project. This level of quality is completely unacceptable for the price you charge. I demand a serious explanation, full accountability, and an immediate resolution for this garbage product right now.

Great product, ships super fast, I just wish CS had been a little more helpful, rather than telling me to defer to my electrician on some basic info I firmly believe they could have answered. My electrician, at the time, wasn't being responsive and wasn't interested in answering questions so I had to just hope I bought the right products.

Looks amazing but has some technical issues.
The design is excellent, but for that price, I expected higher-quality items, not just good design. I encountered several issues.
1. After my electrician completed the installation, the alignment between the toggle switch on the module and the toggle switch cover (the brushed brass one) was off. When I try to turn the lights on or off, even though the cover is fully raised, the toggle inside the module does not move all the way up, which is problematic.
2. After a week of regular use, one of the toggle switches broke off, got stuck in the toggle cover, and fell off.
3. I purchased a pendant light with a dimmer bulb, and when I leave it on for a while, the light flickers randomly.
4- Additionally, the difference between the fully dimmed setting and the maximum brightness is very subtle and barely noticeable.
But the shipping was great, and efficient. Customer service were amazing.

the handle ordered came with the wrong…
the handle ordered came with the wrong size latch, and it has been almost 3 weeks since I ordered the correct size and it still has not been shipped. No doorknob for 3 weeks is not fun.
EDIT: It took 7 weeks for the new latch to arrive. Now the door handle is on sale and they will not credit the change in cost, even though it was never able to be installed. A very frustrating customer service to deal with. Now I have to pay to send the handle back.

Just to clarify, the handle is supplied as standard with a 2/3" (8th inch) latch which we do advise with this item on our website. We also offer other latch sizes for customers who require a different specification.
We have been in contact with you by email regarding this matter and appreciate your patience while we work to get the alternative latch dispatched. Unfortunately, this has coincided with our move to a new warehouse, during which we have been transferring all of our stock. As advised on our website, this transition has resulted in an estimated 2–3 week delay to shipments while the stock transfer is completed.
