We love Butter & Crust in our family. It’s our fortnightly breakfast treat. The bakeries’ quality is outstanding and we love the “surprise” effect on what we could get on the “four morning treats” op... See more

Excellent sourdough
Excellent sourdough, wonderful croissants, marvellous pastries. A few glitches with the booking system which I believe are being addressed. Highly recommended food!
Paid and received nothing…
I have paid and I have received no communication at all on what going to happen, and no delivery of the ordered products.
Was promised a deliver of food today (March 8th) for when I signed up on Feb 28. It was supposed to be a special surprise, but I can see I was wrong, as nothing arrived with no communication, just another request for a payment..
This is just another scam looking get another payment from me and has not even delivered once!!
Best bread in London
Produces are delicious - they deliver one of the best breads in London. Having that delivered to your doorstep in time for breakfast on Saturday, still fresh and fragrant? Priceless! Customer service are attentive, responsive, and super helpful. Keep the great work up!

Delicious bread and pastries!
It is lovely waking up on Sundays and finding Butter & Crust’s delivery at your door.
Super customisable
Super customisable, easy to order and very transparent subscription process, quality produce and an absolutely delightful treat for a weekend. Really enjoying my packages so far and have had no issues, the team also seem to be attentive and kind.
Butter & Crust can't be trusted!
Butter & Crust have been completely dishonest in how they handled my order. After their delivery mistake last Sunday, I was clearly told in writing that a complimentary bundle would arrive on 1 March. It even appeared in my account on the app, scheduled for today.
This morning, after I chased for an update, the bundle had vanished from my account. I was then told by a different staff member that it was supposedly tied to my subscription delivery later in March — something that was never agreed and directly contradicts the written confirmation I received.
They changed their story, denied what was promised, and tried to rewrite the agreement. It feels deliberately misleading and shows a real lack of honesty and accountability.
A company that can’t keep its own written commitments simply can’t be trusted.
Butter and Crust is always a highlight
Butter and Crust is always a highlight. The quality is excellent and waking up to it on Sunday morning is such a treat. The people behind the product are lovely, responsive, fair and thoughtful. Highly recommend.
Butter & Crust Seriously impressive!
Butter & Crust has completely upgraded my weekend mornings. Their curated selection of sourdough, pastries, dairy and fresh juices, all sourced from amazing local bakeries and farmers across the UK, it is seriously impressive.
Everything arrives fresh, beautifully packed, and the quality is consistently excellent. You can really taste the care behind each product, and it feels great supporting local producers at the same time.
My Saturday deliveries have become a little ritual, effortless, delicious, and the easiest way to make breakfast feel special without any hassle. Highly recommend if you love great baked goods and a slower, better start to the weekend.
Lovely products especially croissants !!
Amazing pastries
Amazing pastries! We love the convenience and my children can’t wait for Sunday mornings now. Such a treat.
Really let down
Really let down. Firstly, the irritating subscription story. Just allow once offs and make the process easier. Also I had been given a voucher for a friend and it wouldn’t let me stack this with my first time discount. Seems silly to penalise someone’s first time discount just because they had been given a voucher where the company had been paid in full for the voucher. Then they left both the eggs I ordered out. For an order of 7 items that’s pretty poor and I would’ve picked up eggs yesterday or the day before but now it’s Saturday morning and I’m rushing out to go get eggs for breakfast. Then the way it was delivered, un-intuitively in front of the door instead of 30 cm to the right where no one on the street could see it. Use some initiative please. Then, and most frustratingly, and the reason I won’t be reordering, is the obscene amount of packaging used, especially for a company that talks about zero-waste on their website. Yes they’re talking about zero food waste but the underlying principle should be the same. There was 3x the amount of paper packaging needed, surrounded unnecessarily by an obscene amount of plastic (again, fine if you’re leaving it on an exposed porch in the rain and you can get your delivery drivers to cover on site), and then a single use foil to keep the dairy cold, surely not guys. The milkman back in the day did not leave a single use cooler box the whole time. Write some values down and sort it out.
Used to be great
At the start, their bread and pastries were extraordinary, clearly sourced from London’s best bakeries. Unfortunately, expansion seems to have come at the cost of quality. They are now sourcing from underwhelming suppliers like Notting Hill Bakery. You’d honestly get better value and taste at Gail’s or Waitrose. It’s a brilliant concept ruined by a "quantity over quality" business model.
Highly recommend if you love bread
Very very good bread that is far better than anything available in supermarkets and specialty stores - as far as I have been able to find even in West London. And add to that - excellent customer service

Lovely pastries
Lovely pastries, bread, yoghurt and eggs. The delivery is so quiet that even our dog doesn't hear the delivery being dropped off, so there is no fear of being woken early. Recommend.
Was great thanks
Was great thanks, arrived early which was great, as kids are awake early!
