In lockdown we started delivering sourdough loaves and pastries to our neighbours. Now we're delivering our weekly bundles to thousands of households across South London. We deliver early on Saturday and Sunday mornings so that you can start your weekend with fresh bread and pastries waiting for you on your doorstep. Every bundle is delivered directly by us, by bicycle.

Really tasty products
Really tasty products, the bread and pastries were great but so too were the coffee and the butter. Excellent customer service too. Need to start sending reminder emails before the subscriptions go out, but that is a minor admin quibble. Really glad I gave them a go, as have a fortnightly bread and goodies delivery from them now and always look forward to it!

Great if arrives as promised. Less good if doesn’t.
Great when it arrives on time but in this instance 1030 is 1hr30 after it is said to come and doesn’t really work as ‘breakfast’. No refund for late delivery.

Sourdough bread delicious
Sourdough bread delicious. The viennoiserie is variable - some excellent, some rather dry.
A good service - (although it was very late last weekend (for which you sent an apology, thank you) but all in all a little bit pricey for us so I've cancelled. Good luck to a great venture though.

Great weekend breakfast! I've always enjoyed a big breakfast on the weekend and the bread and pastries from Butter & Crust are such a delight, it's my go-to weekend treat. Whenever I had a question for their customer care team, they have always been super responsive and helpful.

Great service
With a toddler at home, we've loved getting Butter and Crust delivered as a fortnightly treat to replace going out for brunch (IYKYK). The variety of pastries has been great (with nearly always a plain croissant option for my daughter), and the customer service is very responsive.
