Gift given by grandchildren four years ago
My grandchildren gave me a family tree four years ago for my birthday and it’s beautiful. Since then I have had two more grandchildren. I contacted butterfly designs to add hearts to my tree. Both times I had excellent service . Hearts were supplied and posted within two days excellent communication, excellent service. Highly recommend

Really Impressed!! Late one night I asked a couple of questions before placing an order, presuming I'd receive a reply the next day. These questions were answered within half an hour! Placed order and there was a system error. This was noted and rectified by AnnMarie who couldn't apologise enough. My item was delivered very quickly and in brilliantly secure packaging. Would recommend to anyone and would use again.
