Wasted my time -extremely disappointed
Wasted my time -extremely disappointed. Purchased 4 tyres said to be IN STOCK and to be despatched within 48 hours. Received two emails - first acknowledging order and second saying payment has been credited to seller's account and that my order was already being processed and that a further email would follow advising when item was despatched.Hearing nothing more after 72 hours I checked on order status using the chat line and was advised that tyres would be despatched direct from their supplier within next 48 hrs. Following day, I got emails saying order was cancelled and saying my payment would be refunded but this could take a whole week! Not a firm you can rely on. Why do they advertise and "sell" goods they cannot supply?
Update In response to this review, I subsequently received an apology for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of my tyre order and a generous offer of a discount off a future purchase. In the event, my original payment for the tyres they couldn't supply was refunded to my account within just a couple of days. So, I'm going to give these guys another chance. Fingers crossed my next order will be fulfilled.

Don't matter if it's left or right
I ordered a replacement wiper-arm for my front windscreen. These are advertised as 'left or right' which is potentially misleading. Despite selecting the right (driver's side) arm which the website confirmed (by an icon on an image of the windscreen) to be the item I needed....I was sent the left (passenger side) arm which is longer than the right and doesn't fit. The return & refund were simple....but all a bit pointless. I wouldn't use again as you cannot have confidence in what you are buying. Goods seem to come from Germany.

I was very disappointed with my experience, i went through the car part selector on the website and it selected the wiper for my vehicle - "This item fits your Skoda Enyaq..." it clearly stated in a box multiple places on the part product page, no mention of VIN etc. When it arrived at it did not fit, VWG wiper, but the Enyaq uses a custom fitting it seems. Support were close to rude, and told me as i tried to fit it i would likely not receive a full refund, despite it being their mistake, as i "did not contact support to confirm with a VIN number". I asked them what the correct part was then and supplied my VIN but they did not respond. Very shady practises, i will be chasing if i get denied a refund when i send it back. At least it's free returns. Will avoid in future.

Reneging on a discount and passive extra charges
I saw a wingmirror cover on their website for £22.18 but when I came to order it 1 hour later it was £30.58. Their Chat said it was Dynamic pricing by the manufacturer, but I am not convinced. After lengthy Chats I was offered a £10 discount provided I opened an account. I opened an account and ordered the product , so I contacted Chat again for my discount but was now told I had to spend £50 to get it. That was not mentioned when the discount was agreed. An unfair trick. Also appearing on my order is £3.95 for Safe Order which I did not want but it was added unless I unticked a box. This company may have a vast array of products but it does not want to deal fairly with customers.
Since posting this complaint the quality control manager did get in touch with me . They were very helpful and apologetic and were going to reinstate the £10 refund. Fortunately they also asked for the original part number and it transpired that the part I ordered would not fit the car (their website had put up a banner when I ordered it saying it was compatible -confusing!).The whole transaction has been cancelled and they are making a refund.
So they came good in the end. Moral make sure you get them to check the part number!

Good to deal with if you get the correct part
They sent me the wrong part, I gave them my VIN AND Reg number, now to return the wrong item, I have to pay to post to Berlin Germany, I bought this part from a co.uk website?
So after sales got in touch, as it was their mistake, offered me a label to return for free (sadly I had already paid UPS), they did however refund me as promised.
