Order my part on Sunday night the 27th of September.
Today 1st of October 2025 I received it. So even though it's coming from outside. I must say it was an extremely fast delivery. It was a small part so I am sure this must have helped. I think if I would have got bigger and more expensive parts perhaps it would have taken longer.
However. Thank you very much guys. You have exceeded my expectations and I will buy from you again in the future.

Terrible to Great
Terrible experience. Made a Purchase on the 01/09/25. No delivery yet, contacted them , they said the item was delivered. Have not received anything from them. Scammers- Spent £290 . When you email them you just a generic ai response.
Update: I have been contacted by the customer service department and it has been the courier service who messed up my order. The communication and service from the customer service team has been brilliant and I have therefore changed the outlook of my experience with them. They have also refunded me.

Great customer service
This is an edited review as my opinion of this company has changed for the better following my earlier review.
The item that I ordered was received damaged but I was unable to return within 14-days due to vacation.
Initially I was unable to get a refund as I could not get beyond the automated web chat but once I left a negative review on TrustAdvisor I was contacted by a very helpful customer service person who dealt with my issue promptly and professionally to my satisfaction.
