I would love to give this company more due to it's range and price, (It's AUTODOC) however, delivery is worse than poor. I got a notification saying my parcel is ready for dispatch on the 8th, it's now Friday and the 11th and EVRI are still saying, were expecting it! That means I'm without it for the weekend again. And more than likely it's Monday before they even get it.
Buycarparts have now contacted me and explained where my parcel would be and it would be clearing customs. Because of their improved customer service. I have updated to a 3 instead of a 2. Ways to improve, instead of just setting you tracking to processing, ensure is says "collecting parts from multiple Wearhouse" or "waiting for parts from suppliers". And if you are sending to England, make sure you say "tracking information from local delivery company will be available when parts have cleared customs." I was just waiting for 3 days from dispatch until the tracking information became live.
As they say "information is the key to success"

Was sold a cambelt kit based on my registration number inputted into their website. The kit is incompatible but as some parts are already fitted, they won't refund or compensate. Standard fob off email from 'customer services'.

The company provides a wide range of parts, many of which are not now readily available in UK. Delivery service is quite effective but expect to wait around 1 week for orders to arrive in UK. Items well packed.
