Placed order on Dec. 14th, card was charged, product never showed up and no response from the seller. Looks like plenty of people got scammed around the same time. Live and learn. DO NOT BUY

Needs to have a zero star review-I believe this so called company is a scam. I ordered the buy two get one free-waited 6 weeks and only received two. Upon inspection they were not exactly what I was expecting so I wanted to return for refund. I have emailed and text and have not heard back as yet! When I tried to go to the “store” my browsers deny site.
So if you’re thinking about doing business with them, I would recommend NOT!!!!!

Not as advertised, don't buy this product. Took 5 weeks to get from somewhere across the ocean. I got duped on this one, I admit it. It is tiny and has less power than my handheld hairdryer. It may heat your bathroom shower that's about it. Power cord is too short, nothing good about this

I'll give it 1 star just because there isn't a ZERO OPTION! There is not one thing that went well over this whole ordeal! Felt like a scam from the moment that I made the order, showed it was setting on the docks for almost two weeks, then it said it had been delivered on a day that I'd been home the whole day, then I clicked on the delivery page first it wanted a credit card for a 5$ charge for help: I went to that site and it was 70$ per hrs. For help: a SCAM upon a SCAM.

Ordered Dec 10 and never recieved.

I bought the 3 unit deal for Christmas presents and NEVER got them. Sent me tracking info but never a final destination. This is a Scam!!!

Ordered 12/5/25, the three unit deal. Got shipping info five days later. Must have gotten lost ? Sorry but thinking that this Company is just Scamming people !! God bless, Feels like the IRS....

I’d give it a zero star review if I could. Ordered on Dec 9th. Three emails to Mason and two directly to the company. Zero response. No recourse. I’m gathering info for a class action law suit. If you ordered the Heat Core, be sure to keep your receipt.

Ordered, paid, inquired twice, and have not received a response. The shipping info has not been updated in weeks.

Ordered on December 7th. Still not shipped with zero responses from Mason the CEO. No less than 20 attempts to contact the co.pany with zero responses. Filled fraud charges

Poor quality product and value for your money if bad. This product provides very little heat and poor quality material. I would never purchase this product. I've try contacting the company with no response back. It took 4 weeks to receive in the mail.

I ordered early december and have not received any status.After three emails.... They took my money, and I planned on disputing the charge... Mason has not emailed me back and i'm getting pissed.... They suck do not buy this product... They are dishonest and scammers.... I wish I knew how to locate them.I would pay them a visit

Ordered 3 for Christmas on Dec 2, can’t get any response from heatcore. Took my money right away though. I hate crooks

Ordered on December 3rd and tracking shows item as shipped but as of 28 December, there has been additional shipping information found.

I ordered 2 heaters on December 5th 2025 and left several emails with no response. It is now December 26th.im very disappointed. Quick to take your money. My name is Marty

Ordered something on December 11, promised it would be here by the holiday and hasn’t arrived yet. Tracking info sent is not valid and Mason “CEO” is not responding after three email attempts.

I ordered one of their heaters on December 6 2025 and as of December 23, according to their tracking it hasn't even left the warehouse yet. I emailed Mason, the "CEO" of Heatcore on 12-16-25 and he blew smoke up my butt saying that it was currently in the fulfillment and shipping process and he was doing everything to make sure it will be delivered by the holiday. Don't think that is going to happen and I'm not sure it will be delivered at all. I emailed Mason the "CEO" again on the 21st and again today without a response. Looking like a scam to me.

I love these ceramic heaters!
Jan 1 storm blew tree on power lines, knocking down poles and ripping meter and box off my house.
My neighbor ran a single power cord which I ran 1 small heat core for 12 days!!! Until power restored. This single heater kept my bedroom and hall warm enough to survive this crazy time!!! I use the 3 heaters since in every room to save on electrical bill. I love that they are also a fan with a cleanable filter!!! Safety feature works great!!!

Heatcore puts out an incredible amount of heat for such a small unit. An excellent safety feature causes it to shut off at even the slightest tilt. The timing is also a bonus.

I ordered the space heater and I had to wait on them due to high demand. Using the heaters was a good experience. They are efficient heaters and quickly warn up the room they are placed in. I would order this product again
