Would not exchange a pair of brand new unworn pair of shoes for a larger size. Terrible customer service

This company can not be trusted. They never respond to calls or emails and the location is not real. I work in Aurora, CO and can not find an actual business anywhere near the posted address. Can someone please shut them down already?

They sent me knock off shoes

FAKE FAKE FAKE. i was curious so took a punt on a pair of New Balance x Stone Island 991v2. I already have a real pair, wanted to compare. They sent me a tracking for shipping label, but it didnt actually ship until a week later, ok fine. Once it shipped I got it in 2 days from Hong Kong (not within USA as is implied on their website) to CA. Comparing to real thing, it's clearly a fake. They enclosed a fake "StockX" verification tag (which doesnt even make sense as this company has nothing to do with StockX), as if this was from StockX (a legit online shop). Overall it's very similar, but the stitching is different, some of the parts colors are different, the embroidery not as clean, and the tongue tag says "Made in Vietnam" right under where it says "Made in England" LOL. horrible. Needless to say I will be charging back with my c/c. Also dont bother trying to contact them, you will never get a reply, and their location/phone number listed on website is also fake (it's a real location but it's someone's house in middle of nowhere)

Update: I filed a claim with Paypal and within 24 hours was approved and refunded in entirety. Avoid BuyPurity

Purchased two pairs of Sambas. Didn’t realize they weren’t authentic until afterwards but said screw it I already paid. It’s been two weeks and my tracking number was sent a few days after purchase and hasn’t updated since. Company even sent email for me to review the items I never received. DONT BUY FROM HERE. I’m so upset because I’m out $250

I ordered a pair of retro 11s on July 5th. The label was created. I was under the impression that the company was based in the United States, but the label said it's coming from Hong Kong. It's never shipped. I never got my package. I've lost $140. I am now with the bank and PayPal trying to get my money back. I've emailed three different emails that I've gotten on the receipt and in the email that they sent me all stating that that is not my order. There is no answer on the phone when you call I really would not suggest using this website. Save yourself a headache

They sent me the wrong shoe size, but blamed me. I have been trying to exchange the shoe because it is too small. The company is not responding now. Don’t waste your time. All these website are the same. Fraud.

I ordered jordan Retro 11 they are too I've asked for a return label I have not heard anything back, I had 12 days to return the shoes I received them July 1, and been emailing every since. I should had known better to order anything from a company like you, you are quick to take people money but won't conduct business like you are supposed too. I hope everyone see this review and never order anything from Butpurty.

I was skeptical about shopping this website because the price on the grinch pro 6 My son has been wanting was too good to be true. I was checking my account and email everyday thinking I was definitely getting scammed because it was sitting for pick up in Hong Kong. Finally after 1 week and a half, it was in route. Crossing my fingers that the sneakers were legit. Got them about 2 weeks after and they sure are legit. It came with the stockx verified authentication in its Nike box. They are so nice!!! Extremely happy with my purchase.

The shoes I ordered were fake, and there is no response from this company. I will get my bank to investigate. Don't order from them.

This place is legit I recently bought jordan 4 black cats and it arrived earlier than expected and when I opened the box it had proof that it is real with the stock x authentication iam not sure if it does this for all shoes but i know it does on jordan 4s

So after I finally got my air Jordan 5 retros after 3 months. I instantly noticed that they smelled like glue now this is an instant sign that they are fake. Next I looked at the lining on where the shoe laces are and they are square. The cutting is also perfect which on real air Jordans it's torn and ragged. The shoe laces didn't come already tied up to the lip like real air Jordans. Came rapped in plastic inside of the air Jordan box real air Jordans also don't come rapped in plastic inside of the box. Next the colors were dark and the leather didn't smell normal. Logo stitching was very poor and looked ragged and silly.

Do NOT order from BuyPurity. I ordered a pair of sneakers mis November and since then the tracking information says the shoes are at a USPS facility in Jamaica, NY. I did not contact them but my credit card company is taking care of my refund. Just disgusting.

Emailed no Response. Called several times. No one pick up the phone.

I also purchased a pair of shoes from buypurity 11/18/23, and was given a guaranteed delivery date between 12/11-12/25 and have never received the product, nor have been given any updates other than a tracking number that places the package in Jamaica, and has been since 11/22/23. Every time I email they magically update it as if the package is moving (it’s arrived at a shipping partner, and awaiting usps for pick up). I suggest anyone that has issues with buypurity, and their shotty business practices notify your bank/credit card company, dispute the charges, request a full refund, and if need be file a small claim with your local circuit clerks office. Depending on your state you can sue up to 5 times the amount, out of pocket fees, pain, and suffering, and reverse the court costs back to buypurity which I am doing if I do not have answers by the end of the week. This company is a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would.I ordered my sneakers in the middle of November 2023 and STILL HAVENT received my sneakers yet.They also deleted my review for the SNEAKERS I NEVER GOT!
