The weather strip was not received
I bought an oven spare part (a weatherstrip) for
my Aristhon MB 91.3Xs, on may the 6 th.2018.
Payed with my Visa credit card
The number of the order is OH76233087
And the number of the invoice is Ci27140182
It was supposed to be delivered by Royal Mail on may 7th. As I haven’t received anything yet I requiered you to send me the spare part or give a refound for the money I “ve paid.

Everything fine. Product is a perfect replacement for original.
The only problem was with shipping. I chose base shipping and it has no tracking information. It took 3 weeks to have the order delivered with poste italiane. I know it was slower than a courier and I didn't need with speed, but I didn't expect so much.
I asked to the customer service and they were very responsive, even if they can only tell me to wait.
In general very satisfied with buyspares.
