The orchids were delivered perfect in time, and in perfect condition! So very important when I gift flowers to my friends and clients to have a reliable flower service like BLOOM. I would definitely recommend this service!
I picked Bloom because I wanted to gift my mom a bouquet of flowers for her 60th birthday. I gave bloom 3 stars for three reasons.
1. There was no communication from bloom , no confirmation email that order was placed, no email that it is out for delivery or that it has been delivered.
2. Out of the 60 flowers that was in the bouquet 15 flowers where completely lifeless meaning the flowers where already leaning or stem was bent where the stem and flower connects.
3. Pictures of the flowers is not what you will receive. I ordered a vibrant flower and my received a pale variation of what I ordered
Good service and good quality flowers we received. I very like the service with quite soft/comfortable prices. I think, If you will need a mono bouquet or just set of flowers - feel free to order here, will save your time and money.
I ordered the green pickle hydrangeas and had a wonderful experience. Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. I followed the simple instructions and they look divine, will definitely be buying again!!!!
The flowers arrived on time, well packaged and in tip top condition. Within a short time in the vase they were amazing - such good quality have ordered more for delivery in a few weeks
Very disappointed as a lot of the flowers were already falling off the stems on the day the flowers were delivered. This was the first delivery of an annual subscription. The flowers had obviously dried out too much in the packaging. I did contact Bloom to complain with photographic evidence.
The flowers themselves were fine enough. Although a little bit bashed in transit but that can’t be helped.
My issues lies with the lack of flower food provided. None was given with my order and so they died off incredibly quickly.

Very disappointed ordered 20 pink peonies for my 20th wedding anniversary, but they only sent 19. I contacted them and I did get a reply "We will refund you the cost of the stem that was missing as a way of apology." eh that's not an apology that's just giving me money back for something I didn't get. The flowers haven't even lasted a week. Will not be using again.
Placed my order and got delivery date of 1st Jan 1970. Checked with vendor after no notice of dispatch for a few days and was told the order had not been placed on their system. Was told flowers would be purchased that day, but flowers still took 3 days to arrive. Was also told the cost of shipping would be refunded as a good will gesture, but I have yet to see the refund.
Delivery was quick. However, flowers did not bloom well however and died very quickly.

I buy peonies for my wife every year at this time of year and they usually arrive with tightly closed buds and we enjoy them flowering for over a week.
I emailed bybloom to let them know I was disappointed with the Peonies and they never responded.
I’m a little confused if this business is still fully operational. I’ve had a monthly flower subscription with them for years and have been happy. If any issues came up I would get responses to my emails quickly, always good customer service. The last couple months I’ve had numerous issues with the billing for my subscription, and elements of the website aren’t working. I’ve emailed numerous times since April with no response, I even messaged on instagram as someone is posting content but I got no response there either. So I have had to give up and buy from somewhere else, which is a shame. I don’t know what is going on with this company.
