The product was lovely but there were 3 proposed delivery dates which didn’t happen. A hollow apology and no acknowledgment of the impact despite me explaining I was ordering for a young woman whose mother had died. No response to my final email
I ordered the orange French tulips. But when they arrived they weren’t actually orange, they were pastel pink. Though I did like how green the stems were and I liked the packaging.
Great, really easy to order my mother flowers from Australia for Mother’s Day in the UK.
It’s the 2nd time I’ve ordered from ByBloom, some beautiful anemones for my mum as they are her favourite flower. The bouquet received was beautiful, she said they are the best anemones she’s ever had, the colours were stunning and definitely worth every penny.
No issue at all with the flowers or delivery but the website is clunky and slow; I had a voucher for free delivery and spent ages trying to get it to accept online. In the end I made the order and contacted customer services who processed the refund for delivery.
One of the best florists I’ve ever come across and used, I’ll continue to order from them again, the flowers are head and shoulders above other online florists.
Flowers were packaged well, beautifully presented and so fresh.

Delivery was smooth and my partner loved his Valentine's day flowers. Would be giving 5 stars but flowers weren't as fresh as I would have expected for the price of them.

Was skeptical after seeing some negative reviews, but very pleasantly surprised. I ordered Strelitzia Bird of Paradise for Valentines Day (very hard to find) and they arrived very fast, in great condition (and with 2 bonus stems and foliage thrown in too!) Packaging very secure. The free gift card is very nicely printed and presented too, doesn't look cheap like most other florists' do. Also the best price-per-stem that I could find anywhere on the internet or in London for this variety of flower. I later contacted customer service with a question about the appearance of the flowers and promptly got a very helpful and knowledgeable reply with useful information specific to these very unusual and uncommon flowers. Overall great experience, hope they manage to get some more positive reviews!
Really really poor, made my order 3 weeks before valentines day for a nominated day delivery and nothing was received. Tried calling the number but no one answers so customer service is obviously not a priority.
Did not even bother to contact me to say my order would not be delivered. Took my money and provided nothing.
I can see they have responded to other poor reviews claiming the customers did not try to contact them but I tried 10 times on both options!
I would not recommend this company at all.
Thank you so much for organising the flowers my sister.When she received them, she just loved them (and she is very very hard to buy for). She sent me a picture of them and they were just so fresh and beautiful. It was such an easy process as I am located in Australia, and my big sister is in London. Again, thank you so much!!
Edited 1 June 2023. Just received my third installment if my subscription. Here we are in the height of spring with loads of flowers blooming wherever you look, and what did I receive? A repeat of my second installment of the subscription. Now I love peonies, but really? Are there so few flowers around now that a seasonal bouquet is peonies, again? At least this time there's a sachet of stuff to go in the water, first time that has happened. Hopefully these peonies will actually open before they die, unlike the last lot.
My husband bought me a flower subscription for my birthday. It was supposed to be "a seasonal bouquet". The first shipment arrived on the required day. It was a box the size of a coffin, not a letterbox delivery, and inside was a large bundle of sticks. Nothing to indicate any care instructions, nothing to show it was a subscription, no gift message which my husband had written online. After contacting them it turned out they were forsythia twigs. They did give lovely yellow flowers after a few days, but the stems were so large. After a few days all the flowers dropped looking like yellow snow all over the dining room floor. My second delivery didn't arrive at all. After contacting them the shipment was resent. Quite a large box, but smaller than before and inside a small bunch of 9 peonies. Again no care instructions at all. Not at all impressed with the deliveries and my husband is very disappointed in his gift choice for me. Wouldn't use this company again.

This is my second time using Bloom.
Previously I was so happy with their bouquet. On this occasion, many of the stems of ranunculus had been squashed so they would not stand up and many of the flower heads had fallen off. This was to be a mother's day gift, however unfortunately it was a little disappointing. After discarding the damaged flowers and stems, what was left was very nice, however the initial impact was lost.
The website was easy to use for ordering, I was kept informed about delivery, the flowers arrived on time and had full instructions about how to look after them. Top marks
