We are very pleased with our purchase of the green and white parrot tulips. All the packaging is recyclable which is impressive and the flowers have looked beautiful for days. Very impressed with the service.

I ordered the sweet avalanche roses and they are just beautiful. They have lasted so long too. Will definitely order from Bloom again!

Dreadful company. My husband bought me a bunch of ‘ballet slippers ranunculus’ for our wedding anniversary and they sent just the most horrible colours, some even black. What was expected and what was received was vastly different. They then said that it’s within their t&cs to swap out flowers. Completely unacceptable. Buy from this company if you want red roses because they’ll probably send you white lillies! You comment back but you still don’t offer any resolution for me as a customer. If the flowers my husband ordered weren’t available then he should’ve been told. Full stop.

I am writing this review to clarify that the review previously intended for Bloom Silk Flowers was unintentionally attributed to byBloom. I have removed the negative review. In dealing with byBloom who brought this matter to my attention I would like to comment that their correspondence and approach was extremely professional and polite. Their website looks great and I’m sure they offer a superb service.

I ordered a bunch of ten Coral Charm peonies for my mum’s 90th. They’ve been spectacular from the minute they arrived (on time and beautifully packaged) and burst open like enormous paper flowers (although so much nicer knowing they are real). Unbelievably, they seem to change colour almost every day too. I have never seen peonies like them before. Worth every penny - thank you!

Amazing peonies! And lovely customer service too. I emailed to ask if the peonies had any scent and had an almost immediate response directing me towards the beautiful cerise ones. And wow! They look and smell so gorgeous. And love the 100% recyclable packaging. Big thumbs-up. Found my new online flower delivery! Just placed an order for the coral peonies.

I love my weekly flower delivery By Bloom! They are the highlight of my week and I am never disappointed. The flowers also last ages and every part of the packaging is recyclable. I couldn't recommend By Bloom more!

I recently ordered a flower subscription service and have received two GORGEOUS bouquets since subscribing (as well as a really nice vase). Getting flowers is always a joy, but, in these weird (and often sad or dark) times, treating oneself or a loved one to flowers is lovelier than ever and just what we all need.

Ordering was easy and delivery was affordable and fast - my flowers arrived beautifully packaged and in perfect condition, with clear instructions on how to care for, and maximise, the life of my flowers and how to recycle and compost everything!! The roses were gorgeous and fresh and smelled amazing - they lasted for ages so the quality was exceptional. I’ll definitely be ordering again as value for money and service were both fantastic!

Absolutely amazing.
I used the easy step by step option to build my own bouquet and I was super pleased with the finish product. I arrived all packaged nicely and juat perfect. Highly recommend and definitely a lovely gift to yourself or a loved one.

I cannot fault the service, the product or the ethos of Bloom! The website is very sleek, user friendly and there's such a wide selection of flowers (either beautifully created bouquets or you can select the flowers you want) to choose from. When the blooms arrived, I was surprised to see I was sent some different flowers - ones I did not choose because they were out of stock but would compliment the ones that were already in the box and they kindly have me additional stems! It was also great to see a hand-written card inside the box for that personal touch. There were also extra flower food includes which is a rare sight to see so my flowers stayed fresher for much longer than usual. The best part was that every single bit of packaging was able to go straight into the recycling bin!

The flowers were beautiful and looked fresh for days. They arrived as promised and I was kept well informed of delivery progress. Will definately order again. Thank you!

Fabulous ethical company! I ordered flowers as a birthday present & they arrived beautifully packaged on time. The fact that they are also sustainable & 100% plastic-free just makes it even better.

I have started a monthly subscription with ByBloom and was thrilled to receive a beautifully generous bunch in an amazing box. It was such a wonderful thing to receive especially in these lockdown winter days. The flowers came out gradually until a bright array of sunshine were on display. I also treated a friend who doesn't live nearby on her birthday to a bunch of cala lilies and she was blown away. Customer service is excellent and delivery efficient.
