Hi, the 23rd of august I bought ONLY a pair of boots, plus the express shipping, it said it should arrive in 1-3 days on business days, today, 6th of october, I’m still waiting for them, never got any email, never got track and trace, and never got the boots of course, they barely answer, and as I found out is only a girl working on everything, I’m so disappointed with this company cause it has really good ideas and good stuff, I wish at least to have my boots soon, thanks for reading

I ordered a pair of boots. It was supposed to arrive in a day and it has been almost a week without any further information about my order.I contacted the helpline through different channels without answer.

The dress is really preatty, and the order was really speed. It’s my favorite dress!

TERRIBLE!

I have tried to contact this company so many times! No one is responding or taking responsibility, which extremely frustrating. I have the same issue as the person before me (who posted a comment). I have ordered a pair of boots and I did not receive any track & trace code… it has been almost a month! I find it extremely frustrating that no one is responding to my WhatsApp Texts or my emails.

DO NOT ORDER THERE. Very bad service & team. I ordered there two weeks ago the „it girl“ boots & it was said that they would arrive in 1-2 days🤡. But it didn’t and i‘m still waiting. I wrote them thousands of e-mails & texted them on WhatsApp and even called them and still didn’t received any response. It is obviously fraud and they should get banned. I‘m very disappointed. The image of them on social media is so fake!!!

I ordered a matching set (the “It Girl” blouse and skirt in size S/M – Order #2774) and received the wrong size, M/L. On top of that, the skirt didn’t even have a tag, making it unclear and unprofessional.

I emailed Bynicci immediately, requesting a return and refund, including shipping, since the mistake was theirs. It’s been over a week, and I haven’t heard anything back. Completely unacceptable customer service.

A company that doesn’t respond to issues it caused is not trustworthy. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either until they improve their support.

I got my order after 4 months. Out of three items one was a totally different one than I ordered. Glitter is falling off the dress. The jacket is super cheap and there are threads coming out everywhere. The only good item were the boots but I haven’t worn them yet so I can’t be too sure. I emailed them a bunch of times but never got a response. All in all this shop sucks.

I really liked the clothing and it was very comfortable material. The shipping took a bit long, but overall very good. Do wish they would have a bit smaller sizes if I want a tighter fit :)

I ordered a dress a week ago and it still has not been sent. No response from them through Whatsapp or email. Nowhere in the website does it say that the dress would be a pre-order, what they keep telling other people. Do not order it’s a scam.

I ordered shoes from ByNicci on 28.11.2024. For a long time I did not receive a reply or a delivery confirmation. But after long inquiries, Nicci wrote me back and assured me that the package would be sent. Now I have the delivery confirmation, and the package is expected to arrive in a few days. In the end, I am very grateful that I got a reply despite the long duration!

I ordered from Germany, the delivery took quite a long time - but not their fault, I think it was a pre order and I don‘t know this from Germany… So I texted them and they responded very quickly! I bought a dress, I am really satisfied with the quality even though it might be a little short (I think thats because I am 1,81) and the german sizes are different… bit still the dress is very beautiful and would order again

DONT ORDER! I ordered 4 WEEKS ago when there was told it was 1-2 days delivery. Now i got my order and there is one missing item. Also i got the wrong boots send. I emailed her and got no response. So i send her a message where she responded a week later saying it was an pre-order, but they didnt day it on the product page? JUST DONT ORDER HERE!!!!

UPDATE: i wanted to wear the boots because i needed them for christmas, not even 5 minutes of wearing the heel broke!

Ordered a dress, haven’t heard anything from them and they don’t answer on email or social media. Probably a scam, luckily I payed with PayPal and they will help me get my money back.
