I ordered 2 dresses and a pair of boots on November 26.th , the information was 1-2 business days for the delivery , it’s December 3. Now and I didn’t get any information!! I wrote an email but I haven’t gotten an answer yet. I’m very disappointed since I needed that one dress for tomorrow. Don’t buy anything there.

Hello, this is not a review but where is my order please ? It’s been 8 days ago… it tried to contact you by mail but no answer. Please help me

I ordered a dress which I got in the wrong colour. First of all it was almost impossible to contact them. When i finally spammed there comments with hate they responded and told me they where going to send me a new dress in the colour i ordered. It has gone over a month and have not even received a trackingnumber. The dress is still not here. If she wanted to send me the right dress she would have done it a long time ago. I am extremly disapointed. Do not buy from here it is a scam.

i‘ve ordered a dress on the website over one month ago and i did not receive an email that the‘ve sent it away, although the website says it‘s only 1-3 shipping days
im really disappointed because i‘ve ordered the dress for a special event and i didn‘t receive it on time
i didn‘t receive it at all…
i tried to contact the customer service but they never answered my email
on whats app they don‘t refer to the questions iam asking and they couldn‘t help me with my problem:/
they just told me that the package is on the way, however, it‘s still not here!!!

Im really dissapointed.. I saw this shop on TikTok and i really liked it, so I ordered boots from them on 23rd October 2024. It has been A WEEK and I STILL haven‘t even received a verification email. I was really excited about the boots and now, looking at the other rewievs, I‘m scared my boots will never arrive.

I ordered boots have also arrived get a lot of compliments with the shoes

Hello out there, I ordered and paid for a dress I chose for my daughter on the 11th of July24.
The delivery time was quoted as 1 to 3 working days. There is almost no response from bynicci. When they do reply, they do not refer back to the original message.
No delivery to date, although this has been announced several times with a standard mail.
We have not given up hope. But it does not look good.
The money is probably gone.
I have written more than 10 messages and received no reply! When I posted my experience here on Trustpilot, I suddenly received a reply within a few hours.
Unfortunately again without a statement when we will receive our ordered dress.
I never ordered a pre-order dress! I wanted to order the dress but unfortunately it was sold out. Then we got an e-mail that the dress was available again? I then placed an order.
It always said delivery within a few working days.

I really recommend, love my dress!!

Never got the order. Got one reply by email, asking for the adress(!). Never heard anything more despite several new email reminders. Stay away!!

Scamalert. They dont send you anything. You pay and all you get is a message that there is a deliveryproblem. STAY AWAY

never got the dress I ordered. no answer on email, whatsapp, are other social media. extremly poor customerservice. STAY AWAY

Such bad costumer service and in generall service. Ordered a dress the 12th of November, and they said they had trouble sending shipments over seas, and that they should try to sendt it the 11th og december, and then the 12th of december. They have not answered any of my messages. Have not got any information if it was sent the 12th. It should not take almost 1,5 month to get a dress. It is now the 17th of december!! I have not got any compansation for the wait. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a dress november early it is now desember 15th and i still haven’t received my package.
I find this very unfair and unprofessional.
