Cabinet Parts has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding that right piece of hardware!

I bought a few cabinet parts from this company. First of all they did not honor the $2.99 shipping they offer on their website. I corresponded with the customer service who argued they DO NOT offer that shipping, I sent them a screenshot of said shipping but to no avail. Honestly this is over $17 but at this point it’s the principal. They would NOT make it right & stopped responding to me. I do NOT recommend buying anything from this website, they are cheaters. My issue was never resolved.

I ordered an 18 inch shelf and was shipped a 16 inch. I called and they said that I ordered a 16 not an 18 and they charged me $15 to ship it back.

The brackets for our kitchen cabinets which we bought from you to replace the originals were better made and much more heavy duty. They arrived quickly so I could get our drawer back in service. I bought a few extras for the future. Thanks!

Im a novice. Ordered the wrong parts. The return/replacement process was flawless (unlike me!). Also found a really cool under sink slide shelf for all of the kitchen junk. Excellent company/people to work with.

Placed order 4 pm on Saturday. Called at 5 pm when I noticed I order faceless hinges in error.
Held for 15 minutes saying someone will be with you shortly, No one picked up.
Call Sunday also at 10 am same result.
On Monday MLK day called at noon on the chance it was a floating Holliday no one picked up. Called Tuesday at 9:00am and was told it shipped and people are there 24 hours a day, no idea why they didn't pickup. So will be shipping the whole order back unopened and pay the freight for ordering here. Got the right hinges from build.com lesson learned here.

Good products, shipped quickly. I will definitely come here first to buy my hardware.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Parts are frequently out of stock. Then they tell you 5 days later! Absolutely awful customer service! Parts are cheaper elsewhere as well.

The biggest problem I have with this company is how vague they are with delivery time which is a determining factor for most small shops to place an order. They wast several days to get an order out the door. They don’t tell you this up front even when you press them for an answer they dance around delivery time. I don’t have the time to do business with them.

Okay, doing some bathroom remodeling. My project included new vanity cabinet doors, drawer fronts and hinges. Where to begin? I found CabinetParts.com on the web and liked what I saw. Their website is very informative. But I still needed some help. That's where the super capable customer service team came in. Sherry, Tristen, and John Z. answered all of my concerns and were super helpful and polite. Add to that, they have excellent knowledge of their products. Heartily recommend them to anyone contemplating with their cabinets.

CabinetParts is an awesome company with truly professional cabinets and parts.

However, their sample system is horrible. I suggest that they make sample pieces of their cabinet doors, both types and colors, so that customers can order the samples and receive them in a reasonable amount of time. 2 months for a sample is too long for most projects delays.

WE GOT ITEM FAST AND CHEAP BUT I GOT CHARGED 9:00 FOR DELIVERY ON A ITEM THAT IS ONLY 2 ONCES COULD HAVE BEEN SENT BY MAIL MUCH CHEAPER FOR SUCH A SMALL ITEM THANK YOU FOR LISTENING

I've been asked to write a review but that is hard to do when I haven't received the order yet.

Have purchased replacement hinges from them in 2015 and needed new replacements for different cabinets that had no name or part number on them. Called sent a picture they new exactly what i needed and sent me the link fornthe exact part in minutes. Placed my order. Could not be easier to deal with and makes quick repair of our kitchen cabinets once again.

I wish the website would offer purchase history but an email to the sales dept provided the information needed & the hinges I needed were loaded into my cart. Thanks

Easy to locate, great prices and quick delivery.

The complete selection from low budget to high budget, different styles and all appeared to be available. The cabinet hardware will enhance the small kitchen project and match some of the features of the huge kitchen I was toured through over the holiday weekend..... My only secret thought was that "we have that in our design too".
