Great customer Service

I can't say enough about the customer service at cabinetparts.com. I changed my mind on overlay and returned my whole order without a problem. A pleasure to deal with. Fast shipping and wonderful communication. This is the place to go for all your cabinet part needs.

Ordered a 448 11 inch wide base cabinet…

Ordered a 448 11 inch wide base cabinet pullout.

Paid for expedited shipping 2-4 days still came in 7.

Middle shelf is not adjustable and I did not see that on the product page.

Sadly made in China. Had I seen that prior to ordering I would have at least looked at other options. Since it’s made in China it should have been Cheaper.

We'll see how it holds up but the build quality seems only ok.

I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with CabinetParts.com has been an absolute disaster that has left my kitchen remodel in ruins, cost me over $1,800, and wasted more than four months of my time. Over 60% of the products shipped to me arrived damaged or defective – scratched doors, drawer fronts with defective lumps in the finger-pull areas, chips, and worst of all, doors drilled incorrectly (promised 3 inches on center, but multiple came at 2 inches, making them completely unusable).
Here’s the full timeline of incompetence:
1. Initial Shipment (60%+ Defective): I contacted them reasonably, asking to replace just 12 doors, drawer fronts, and boxes that were significantly damaged. For the rest (another ~10 items with minor but noticeable defects), I requested a partial refund to avoid endless back-and-forth.
2. False Promises from Sara: She offered to replace everything if I preferred. I sent photos of every label (20+ images) to ensure accuracy. They only replaced the original 12… and those arrived with even more damages (scratches, chips, and warping worse than the originals). One “replacement” was a perfect door I never flagged—they ignored the one with the huge finger-pull lump.
3. Escalation to Manager Tristen: After I pointed out the new defects and wrong parts, they backpedaled. No more full replacement. Their “best offer”: 25% off, then negotiated to 35% refund. I agreed, planning a “priority” reorder once refunded.
4. Refund Stalling & Ghosting: Tristen emailed about payment issues (>120 days old) but promised follow-up. That was 4 months ago. I’ve left over 20 voicemails, sent 15+ emails, called customer service over a dozen times—“escalated” every time. Total radio silence.
5. Final Straw – Demand Full Refund: After 3 months of being strung along, I demanded a full refund. They verbally agreed… then ghosted again.
Ongoing Issues Unresolved:
• 3 doors drilled at 2” on center (not 3”) – won’t fit. They sent one replacement; it was again drilled wrong.
• Giant holes in doors from incorrect drilling – can’t hide without ugly epoxy patches.
• ~60% of my order remains defective. My kitchen is delayed over four months, and I’m out $1,800+.
This company takes your money, ships junk, and vanishes. Do not order from CabinetParts.com. I’m now pursuing other recovery options. Shop anywhere else.

Just what I needed

Good website for finding what I was looking for (although more details about load capacity on the item I bought would have been helpful). Ordering was easy, shipping was acceptably quick, and packaging kept everything in good order. I got just the thing I needed.

OLD GRASS HINGES

When the Grass brand hinges on my very old cabinet wore out I couldn’t find a one for one replacement…until I sent the number from my hinges to these folks. They responded quickly with the new part number and answered all my questions quickly. My order arrived when expected and was exactly as described.

I tried to make a purchase and just…

I tried to make a purchase and just couldn’t get there.
The site link for questions was not functioning so I called and spoke to a Jason who acknowledged I had two “really good questions” indicating he would call me back. Never heard from them again. Spent my $3200 elsewhere.

Good product

Installation was easy. These fit perfectly and did not have to drill new holes, everything lined up. So it only took me a couple of hours to replace my whole kitchen(smaller size kitchen). My only complaint is there no instructions on adjusting the hinges. Great price received in a timely manner

Very smooth acting drawer glides

The drawer glides I ordered were delivered quickly and packed securely. The glides were easily installed and operate smoothly. Great quality glides. While YouTube is a great instructor, it would have been nice to have instructions included in the mailing as well as the necessary screws.

Missing ordered item

I ordered a. router pattern to install blind hinges on Sept 12. It is now the 25th of Sept and I have not received the item. 2 phone calls gave me a ticket number but no answer to where the item may be. Fed Ex does not have it. It remains a mystery. They are very polite on the phone they just don't have any answers to if or when I will ever get the ordered item.
