Missing ordered item

I ordered a. router pattern to install blind hinges on Sept 12. It is now the 25th of Sept and I have not received the item. 2 phone calls gave me a ticket number but no answer to where the item may be. Fed Ex does not have it. It remains a mystery. They are very polite on the phone they just don't have any answers to if or when I will ever get the ordered item.

Deceiving

I reached out the company after seeing a product that I thought might work for my blind corner cabinet. Got a response that day, assuring me the product would fit my opening. Product was ordered, even though the shipping is CRAZY EXPENSIVE. And, when the product arrived, the installation instructions clearly showed another opening minimum and, even though we tried to get it into the cabinet, it didn't fit. No way it was configured for a narrow opening. I had to ship the item back (minus return costs, of course, even though it wasn't my issue). I don't know if the item was pulled incorrectly in the warehouse or the website description is inaccurate but, again, not my problem. I ordered based on the recommendation of the customer service. The worst thing is their phone number takes you to an operator who informs you that it's an online-only platform and emails are the only way to actually 'speak' to someone. The same goes for the chat option. Then why in the world publish a phone number and chat option??!! My question and concern could have been addressed in 10 minutes instead of 10 hours of email traffic. The final straw was, even though the shipment was in 2 boxes (ie 2 labels), I received only 1 label to return the item. I had to go through the trouble of doing another return to get another label to slap on the second box. Maybe online/AI generated isn't the best way to serve your customer base...

So I had ordered the specialty hinges…

So I had ordered the specialty hinges from another place and it had been going on a month with no communication so I searched for another supplier and found cabinet parts. I spoke with an actual person and had my order within the same work week. Highly recommend this company!

Such a friendly and competent stff at…

Such a friendly and competent stff at this company- I had no idea what hinge to buy and the staff walked me through the entire process to find the correct hinge for my cabinets- A rare occurrence these days with online everything- I actually spoke to a LOCAL company staff member and she explained the process and then asked for photos of the old hinge to match them for me.

Abysmal Customer Service

I love how in this review space it tells me to know the store's terms and return policies. Perhaps, when an item is not eligible for return, that item should have a notification in a more obvious place than small print at the bottom of a product information page. That said, if you review the measurement requirements on both Cabinetparts AND Rev-a-shelf, and you enter your cabinet specs in Rev-a-Shelf's calculator, and they recommend a size to purchase, you expect the metal wire drawers you order to fit in your cabinet. When they don't, you expect the vendor to make it right. Not so with Cabinetparts. After a several week runaround, they have refused to accommodate this issue in any way. After refusing to provide any support on their end for defraying the $300 I am out, they then state that even the manufacturer, Rev-A-Shelf, also won't support the situation because I wasn't within 30 days. I was within 30-days, both for cabinetparts AND Rev-a-Shelf.

Caveat Emptor, Buyer Beware, even if the product isn't as advertised, you have no recourse. Kiss $300 goodbye!

Quality & Options

Excellent quality, albeit a bit pricey. The shipment arrived in good shape and well within the anticipated shipping time frame. There were ample choices or options for alternative products for the intended application.

The sale experience was good

The sale experience was good; however, I believe I purchased the product Tip-on BA956A1006 SEIW and Tip-On in line adapter BA956A1201SIEW, 70mpieces total. I also believe the product is adaptable to soft close hinges. In my case the Tip-On opens cabinet doors and drawers but will not allow the soft close feature to function. Comments appreciated.

I realized I needed a quantity of 2 and…

I realized I needed a quantity of 2 and immediately tried to update my order, the website did not do anything but give me an automated email message.
So, I called immediately and was told that I would get an email to add the second unit. no email, but you sending me a tracking report with the non updated order. Now I have to get another one, I will get getting it from another company

Ordered online

Ordered online. Quantity not correct so I quickly did a chat to try to increase but could not so my $3.00 (4) drawer slides cost me $50. No way to increase order with out paying $25 shipping again. Most expensive slides ever.

I will not be using these guys again.
