Quick Out, Professional and Reassuring

Martin was very professional and calm. He was quick out after our call and he found the problem very quickly and capped off the gas. He also gave us aftercare booklets so we know what to keep an eye out for in future if we have a gas leak again etc.
overall we was really happy with his service.

Great service

As soon as I smelt gas I, phoned cadent and a engineer arrived within 30 minutes and he was very polite and friendly. He found the leak and capped it all within about 20 minutes and explained what he had done and what I needed to do. It was great service and if I need them again I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

Immediate response

Response was immediate to the report of our gas issue, initially to the supplier, an additional concern was discovered with the meter and therefore required capping. We weren’t informed in advance of their visit, fortunately a family member was at home to provide access, but we were given a portable hob, a heater and a food voucher until the gas faults were fixed, which was greatly appreciated.

Company are at work at Ramuz drive…

Company are at work at Ramuz drive Westcliff on sea laying new pipe all for these guys doing there work but start work at 6:30 am making noise is not acceptable and they called out at midnight to fix a leek that surely they should have sorted through the day decided to leave van running speaking loudly and slamming van door at midnight and windows open because it has been warm whatever happened to having respect for people

Fault fixed quickly by a competent and helpful engineer

Engineer arrived less than half an hour after I reported a fault. He was polite and helpful and fixed the fault quickly. Everything is working perfectly since.

Unhappy customer

Cadent visited my house to change pipe on outside of house,.I have a two year boiler that has been working fine.After the cadent men had left I noticed the pipe under the boiler was leaking.it was obvious it was something to do with the work they had done because it was perfect before they started there work.So I rang cadent up ,and was told it was my responsibility .what a cheek. So basically it cost me money because they didn't do there job right.

I have had so many issues with my…

I have had so many issues with my boiler and its taken many months of dealing with multiple parties. Today the Dream team from Cadent arrived and i pray i now have gas flow to my house. Simian , David and Harrison from Broxbourne area were absolutely above and beyond brilliant. Last week keeley helped and got the ball rolling . Thank you all of you who helped get my house back on the grid. Its been a super stressful 6mths with issues.

Very impressed.

We had to order a replacement safety locking valve for our elderly Mother. The team couldn't have been more helpful and a very friendly and polite engineer arrived the next day and fitted it !!! Excellent all round, very impressed.

Fast and friendly service provided by the Cadent team.
The gas supply pipe in the meter box was worn, swiftly replaced by a lovely polite young man. Couldn't have been more helpful.

The gentleman that came out was polite

The gentleman that came out was polite, respectable and listened to everything we said carefully. He reassured us and explained to us what the problem was in great depth. He was very helpful and we would recommend Cadent to anyone.

Having been without gas for 2 days

Having been without gas for 2 days, first day not being turned until after 7 in the evening, day 2 the same. No way of cooking hot food as I don’t have either a microwave or an air fryer. No hot water. There are no engineers to come and turn the gas back on as this is a different team! Contacted the number on the card, same old crud response. Totally unacceptable. There’s an elderly lady in our close what is she supposed to do. I think some form of compensation should be on the cards.

Was one driver on Sunday near Croxley green where was event .A lot of people pass the road and one driver from Cadent showed inappropriate signs to the drivers who running slowly and to the people who pass the road
Reporting to the Cadent Company but no action regarding this incident
What do you expect from one of this driver?’

Friendly service
