British Gas service found a leak from my outside meter. Within an hour of him reporting the serious leak, academy arrived & repaired/replaced faulty parts.

Smelt gas outside our house, phoned up and engineer came within an hour of ringing, the leak was traced to next doors gas meter the fault was quickly sorted out and we haven't smelt gas since, the engineer was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

The gas engineer was most helpful,with the gas leak I had he had to turn the gas off.
And he arranged for a British Gas Engineer to come out and fix the gas leak,I had three gas leaks and they were all fixed.

I am not happy what so ever, they were fitting new pipes outside my house, they broke 2 of my solar lights in my garden, I decided to report it to this company and after I did that the work men broke more on purpose, I would recommend moving everything out of your garden first as they don't have any respect for anybody.

Poor customer service, extremely long wait on calls. Not interested in unsafe gas meters but instead want money to come out and move it.

The engineer arrived quickly after our plumber reported that the main gas isolator was stuck, and was friendly, polite and thorough, explaining what he needed to do at each point. He finished work as quickly as he was able and left everything tidy afterwards

Martin was very professional and calm. He was quick out after our call and he found the problem very quickly and capped off the gas. He also gave us aftercare booklets so we know what to keep an eye out for in future if we have a gas leak again etc.

As soon as I smelt gas I, phoned cadent and a engineer arrived within 30 minutes and he was very polite and friendly. He found the leak and capped it all within about 20 minutes and explained what he had done and what I needed to do. It was great service and if I need them again I wouldn't hesitate to call them.
