The services which Sam provides saved my sanity. I am so grateful for the online communities that she has created.
Thanks to her knowledge and that of others in the group, I was able to fully understand my rights as a birthing mother and as a parent.
I feel the support Sam offers saved me from spiriling into a deep depression following the birth of my lockdown baby In January 2021.
The date of my experience is from December 2021 but is still an ongoing journey :)

After giving birth in a hospital through the NHS and having an incredibly traumatic and distressing experience after receiving intervention after intervention for no good reason, with not one doctor, consultant or midwife listening to me at all, I decided that birthing in hospitals was not a route I ever wanted to go down again. Having discovered Sam, her Facebook groups and the support and well rounded knowledge she shares for free (or a donation if you can afford it!) i went on to give birth without intervention, on my own terms and had a fantastic experience. If it wasn’t for Sam and the hard work she does, myself and hundreds of other women would still be stuck giving birth in a system that sets us up to fail. So thank you, Sam, for everything you do to heal women and save births.

Had the misfortune of encountering Samantha’s other side.
Turns out you can’t disagree with any of her incorrect information as she will just delete you from her group. She is more bothered with appearing ‘knowledgeable’ than actually giving women balanced information they need to make an informed choice. Her self righteous post yesterday slating HCP’s does nothing to help pregnant women but instead serves her own interests and business progression.
So no her services and pages are not something I would recommend.

Sam is such a wonderful mentor - she always makes herself available if you need her and she is just so warm and encouraging. She is so invested in my development and is always offering new ideas to support personal growth. Amazing human.

Sam is such a supportive and wonderful person. From being in her home birth support group the level of information and support I’ve received from her has been incredible. She hasn’t only helped me with preparing for my own home births but she has really empowered me to look at the world differently in so many other ways. Such an incredible woman

I just wanted to say how helpful and reassuring my zoom call with Samantha was this morning.

I feel like I was so overwhelmed with information overload trying to get all the facts I needed to make my decisions.

Speaking to Samantha helped calm me and make everything clearer for me.

I also did her Stages of Birth Course course. I have completed the KG Hypnobirthing course but Samantha's added so much more details.

I would highly recommend both for anyone needing that bit of reassurance and to take the pressure of trying to find all the answers yourself.

I purchased Sam and Jenny's "so you want to be a doula" pre-recorded workshop. It was absolutely brilliant. I feel like I've got a much deeper understanding of the role of a doula now. I finished the workshop absolutely bubbling with enthusiasm and inspiration and can't wait to start my journey to becoming a doula.

I was highly recommend the workshop. It would also be fantastic for anyone looking to hire a doula to understand what to expect.

I am also a member of Sam's facebook groups "Home birth support group UK" and "The Village" Both groups have taught me so much and offered amazing support over the past 2 years. It sounds cheesy but finding the groups has been life changing. I never would have had a homebirth myself or realised that being a doula is my calling.

Loved the workshops and affirmation cards, they were exactly what I needed to help me get to where I want to be at this stage in pregnancy. Thank you Sam

The ‘so you want to be a doula’ recorded workshop was brilliant, it was just what I needed to give me the confidence to move forward and start looking into courses. It was so encouraging seeing other pregnant and new mums on the zoom too as I worried that with a toddler and another one on the way it might not be the right time. But there’s never a perfect time for anything and I now feel encouraged that I’m not alone! And that it is possible to juggle! Sam and Jenny were really inspirational and down to earth and genuinely lovely. Can’t recommend this enough to anyone considering becoming a doula. Thank you Sam and Jenny ♥️

Amazing service and the product is just so so beautiful; that doesn't quite cut it as a description but I can't find a better one.
And the way she had represented their journey; subtly but present is just perfect ❤️❤️

Amazing person to provide the so much needed support and guidance during the pregnancy and preparation for the new arrival of love.I would reccomend getting in touch with Sam if you are looking for much more of a your way than a standard production line system lead experience.Helpful and extremely knowledgebale and experienced, helping us to remember who we are and where we come from, the empowerment of just being is shining through.

Sam has a wealth of knowledge and is inspiring for helping women choose their preferred birth. Services were suspended in my area for covid so i chose to freebirth at home and had a wonderful natural birth. I wouldn't have been able to do it without Sam's group and guides. Very empowering to have someone so committed to women's rights to make own choices and trust in our bodies. All backed up with evidence and useful legal information and stats

Samantha, provides excellent information thatvis evidence based and has a common sense approach to her doula work. She understands physiological birth better than most health professionals. I whole heartedly recommend her.

Wouldn’t have been able to do it without the FB group- the information and empowerment allowed me to have my beautiful home birth; looking back, I should’ve paid for the free birth group and definitely will if I ever have another child as the midwife appeared just as baby arrived.
Unfortunately I ended up with a transfer to hospital due to a retained placenta but due to this group was given the power to advocate for myself and my baby against the hospital ‘bullies’.

I ‘met’ Sam when I was pregnant and although our sessions were over the phone, she was the most incredible ‘virtual doula’. Sam has an extraordinary wealth of knowledge and experience and her support during my pregnancy, as well as being part of her fantastic groups on Facebook, meant that I had the confidence to birth exactly how I wanted to. Sam is a one woman, walking, talking, oracle of birthing wisdom, backed up by good evidence and a grounded, down to earth approach to owning our own pregnancy and birth. I felt empowered and able to remain steadfast and strong. This woman makes a difference and has my utmost respect and trust. Thank you Sam.

Sam does so much good for women and families, support, education, empowerment and advocacy. Her groups and support helped me so so much!
