Smart, good value mask - I was surprised to get something so sophisticated for such a good price

We’ve been using Cambridge masks since about 2021 without any major problems. The masks are always great and last a long time. We only had an issue one time with them arriving with the elastic all messed up (it was clearly only on a specific batch of a specific mask design), but Cambridge Masks was excellent about sending replacements, and going through the claim procedure was easy peasy.

I guess I have two minor issues that I’d love to see addressed in the future:
1) Comfort/design: My partner and I often talk about how we wish the ear loops were of a just slightly thinner material since it can put a lot of pressure on the ears with all that bulk. Which then leads to more adjusting to keep a good seal etc.

2) Shipping: Cambridge Masks doesn’t ship to Germany or Austria anymore (and possibly some other but not all European countries). I can understand why — I presume it’s the German packaging regulations that made them stop — but it’s really annoying and cumbersome that I have to order to my friends in the UK or US and then have them ship me the order from there.

Great quality masks, good value for money and keeps us safe, but they have stock issues. I keep buying because the masks are good and fit well because they are adjustable. However, last year my order got lost and they weren't very helpful about it, what I ordered was no longer in stock and I waited for it to come back in for a replacement, but eventually waited so long that I got a replacement of a different product instead because they never have the black valveless masks in stock and they still haven't had them in stock since then so that was frustrating. Overall a great company that makes great quality masks, but they need better stock planning.

I have bought masks from this company several times, from the early days of the pandemic. They kept me safe while working with lots of people.
The dispatch is super-fast dispatch, every time.
The designs continue to improve, really helping in feeling more comfortable in being the one person wearing a mask.
The nose foam and back-of-the-head band make them fine to wear for many hours.

I purchased multiple CMC masks over the past couple of years because their quality and performance is excellent, the best I found after searching long and intensively. They also come in many different cool patterns, and different sizes. Yes, of course, they are not cheap but quite often CMC offers great sale events. The only slight negative point I find, is their relatively thick ear strap. However, CMC provides an extension accessory to hold the mask in place behind the head. - All in all, I highly recommend these masks to any one being concerned about air pollution and air-born infections.

I researched masks at the start of the Covid pandemic and have been a loyal customer since, recommending them to all my family and friends, many of whom now use them too. I work in education and travel a lot, to this day I have avoided Covid thanks to your masks - they are fantastic, easy to wear and breathe in - absolute winner!

I bought these masks as I am recieving chemotherapy.

Apart from the risk from sick patients, I am also perfume reactive with an anaphylactic reaction having previously caused a T.I.A. which has left permanent damage.

Most airborne pollution will trigger an asthmatic response.

These masks work fine, I just need to figure out how to eat and drink with it on then I can take the wife out to dinner!!

As someone that has a damaged immune system from cancer, a good mask is a must. I and my wife each have several of the valved masks. They are quite easy to wear although we do find the extra strap a must. They filter effectively and breathing is easy. I would observe that during the summer They can get damp and have a small amount of dye transference.

I have several of these Masks as I suffer from an autoimmune condition. They are confortable to wear and I feel they offer me the protection I need to be able to go out and about, particularly when in busy indoor places.
I always wear one in the airport & on the plane and feel it gives me good protection in such a confined space.
I like the fact it's adjustable and great colour choices if you want to be bold.
My only criticism is sizing, but that's more my face shape than mask shape, as I'm between a medium and a large for a perfect fit

I've been using Cambridge masks for years and they are the only ones worth buying. They are as comfortable as a mask can be and the materials used are excellent. Good range of colours and sizes with a choice of valved or un-valved. I sometimes try others (with nano-technology or allergy filters) to combat the reek of artificial fragrance that is everywhere nowadays but they are poor compared to the Cambridge although perfume can still be smelt with the Cambridge it is still better than the others. If the guys at Cambridge masks could come up with a filter fine enough to stop fragrance molecules it would be literally life-changing! Thank you.

I am allergic to chemicals such as perfume, and everywhere seems to smell of it with all the tightened cleaning procedures since covid. I walk onto a bus or train and start coughing - unless I am wearing my Cambridge mask. The mask does a great job of keeping my breathing safe from nasty irritants.

Cambridge masks have really helped me feel safe and stay safe since Covid 19 began. The masks fit my face well and I like the extra band that is sent so I don’t have to use the ear attachments.

My masks are absolutely fantastic for protecting me - I picked up my first mask during covid and its been a solid protection ever since. I love how many designs there are and how i'm able to stay healthy on flights and travel. I've worn mine for 90% of a flight (outside of eating food) and whilst the 6 other people i was travelling with got covid, me, who was wearing a mask managed to escape.

I was seeing an immunologist and he recommended Cambridge masks and my first arrived just in time for the first covid lockdown.

These have quite literally been a life saver for me. I was identified as clinically vulnerable to covid and told to shield. However, my health was so bad I kept having to go into hospital during the pandemic either for appointments or as an emergency. Being an emergency and with the pressures in the hospitals we were often kept in a bay in A&E for days using the same porters etc as covid patients and even accentently walking through the covid bays. My Cambridge mask literally saved me and I remained covid free. I now wear to the doctors surgery as I always caught a cold there and even braved my first concert with my Cambridge mask and was the only one of our group not to pick up a virus. It's actually liberating. They are comfortable and easy to use and the vent helps me alot as I'm asthmatic.

Cambridge masks are super comfortable. They are easy to wear, breathable and available in a variety of interesting designs.

I have one with me whenever I go on public transport or visit crowded places.
I have experienced less colds and flus than before I started wearing Cambridge Masks.

I have a compromised immune system, and with my condition, every sneeze and cough in the vicinity feels like a battle cry against my fortress of health. Add COVID to the mix, and I’m practically a living magnet for anything microscopic and unfriendly. In my quest for protection, I tried magic capes, amulets, and even a helmet I found at a Renaissance fair, but alas, these defenses were simply no match.

Tried different masks, so far, cambridge mask is the most comfortable & easy to breath mask I tried. I have been using this mask from the start of covid, I am still using it now.
