ven when you have proof you sent it back to CHINA they say they didn't receive the return. Then hound them they say the will give you a refund which they don't. Keep hounding then they block your email. Definitely a fake company. But do they really think I will stop because I can't use my email. Will use others and keep hounding them and report in social media every where. I will make them well known.

Too bad there is not a no star option because that would be my rating. I realized after I bought the shoes that it’s the same stuff that Temu sells for a tenth of the price. Quality was awful and I never wore them once. Really poor quality product.

North-Muse on Pinterest uses a fake address in Vancouver. They are likely located in China .
Product quality is poor. Return policy is difficult and very expensive as they insist on DHL express. Return costs more than the product.

When I contacted the company they said they sent to an address in another province. They claim they sent to the address I gave them. I live in BC they sent to Saskatchewan! Would not send me the shoes I paid for or a refund. Why would I give them the wrong address? Do not order from this company they are a SCAM!

If I could give this company a 0 review, I would. Items received are clearly inferior -- quality is substandard. I wouldn't even donate these items to a charity shop, let alone wear them. SCAM SCAM SCAM -- do not buy from this company I thought it was a legitimate company based out of Vancouver. I should have done my due diligence and checked for reviews online.

Watch out for this Scam! Seriously, don’t buy anything from this Chinese Dollar Store pretending to be a Canadian company based in Vancouver. We ordered two pairs of Scott Mules, and they were the worst quality I've ever seen online, plus they sent the wrong sizes. It’s a Total Scam, and returning them is going to cost a fortune.

False advertisement shoes aren’t even worth $1 let alone their sale of $50. Very cheap looking and made, nothing like the photos and not sure who wrote the “positive” reviews on their website, completely false.

This company is misrepresenting itself as a reputable Canadian Company .Nothing could be farther from the truth . It sells shoddy substandard goods made in China . They tell you that you can place a return on the website they don't tell you that it is on your dime with a tracking number needed . My shoddy boots were going to cost me $72 to return when I paid $69. I'm so angry I could spit . Always do your due diligence and check out a company's reputation before ordering. More and more disreputable sham companies every day

Doesn't deserve even one star. Total scam. Tried to return an item and they wanted me to pay 73.00 for shipping a top that was only worth 60.00 bucks.
Big time SCAM

These are so misrepresented on the website. Buyer beware. Smell like plastic cause the are and hard plastic. The sole clicks and slips in the floor and the shoe doesn't bend at all. Horrible quality.

Sent shoes to the wrong address on the other side of the country. Said I gave the wrong address. The order shows my address and shows the order is still pending. TOTAL SCAM!

Worse quality is shoes I have ever seen. Went straight to the garbage, waste of $!

I knew I should have read the reviews before I placed an order with Muse. Because it was Muse Vancouver, I thouight the shoes I ordered were made in Canada. My bad. Cheaply made. Poor quality. They certainly did not look like the photos on their website. I'm not going to return them because I will have to pay the cost to send them back to China. Not Vancouver. Customers beware. I do not recommend anyone buy from this company. I think I'll donate the shoes to a thrift store.

Goddam Chinese junk. $70 for a sweater I wouldn't dry my dishes with let alone wear on my body! The quality of the material is awful and it has a weird shape.

Made the mistake on not checking reviews before buying - expensive lesson. The shoes are a joke - and they smell horrific. They are so bad they are just going in the garbage - 60 dollars down the drain 😡

Do not purchase anything from MUSE VANCOUVER. I would give this no stars and Instagram should so a better job of managing drop shippers on their platform. I agree with the rest of the comments that I paid $60 for a pair of slippers that smelled toxic and had no branding labels or whatsoever. I don't know what they are made out of.

I have asked for a refund and for them to send me a shipping label as their return policy states that they need to be shipped back to China and I am not going to absorb that cost. Not expecting them to comply. I'm usually a much more savvy shopper but it was easy to get swept up during xmas sales with a company claiming to be home grown. I have submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau

Really terrible cheap crap. I ordered my size and it was like 4 times smaller than the size I asked for!! They don’t exchange snd to get a refund the customer has to send it to China!!!! When I asked why I had to send it to China and not to the Burnaby address on the parcel they quoted their return policy which is not upfront when you order something. The coat looked nothing
like the picture of it on-line. They don’t have a store-front office even tho they give you the idea that they are a Vancouver company. Where is consumer protection? Cathy D.
