Garbage product, garbage customer service.

Of course taking your money was easy as was navigating website.

Be cautious when ordering from Canadamuse. I returned an item on the same day I received it due to quality concerns and have been waiting for a refund since October 22nd, the day they confirmed receipt of the return. Despite my request, they insisted on a credit note, which I declined. I paid for the return shipping myself, but 16 days later, I'm still facing delays and unhelpful responses. I have not gotten my money back! Think twice before making a purchase with them.

The product quality is abysmal. They are dollar store type merchandise

Shoes took forever to be delivered, and were very cheap looking. My US size 9 was definitely not true to size, and it wasn’t worth it to pay for shipping back to the headquarters. Waste of money.

FRAUD

wish I could give this company a -10 stars. What I ordered and what I received, a month later after a promise of 8 to 12 business days, Was the flimsiest pair of shoes that I’m sure I could’ve bought at the dollar store and they would’ve looked better.
They came in a plastic bag, and they are so slippery that I nearly fell and broke my neck because of the hard plastic sole.
The most disgusting service that I’ve ever received.
I think I have officially learned my lesson.

Similar to others; I wish I had read these reviews before I bought these orthopedic shoes. They don't fit and after asking 5 times return options they were beating around the bush. It is a scam and I thought I was buying from Canada until they said it would cost me a fortune to return to CHINA ! don't buy from them.

I will add my furious voice to the rest of these terrible reviews. I too wish I could pick NO STARs. I waited a full TWO weeks for these shoes to arrive, only to have them be ridiculously cheap, plastic-smelling and far too small when I'm always a size 10. I'm now expecting to have no luck returning them and wishing there was more recourse to stick it to these THIEFS who call themselves a legit company.

I purchased the "supposed" orthopedic shoes and they are total CRAP! There's a reason there are only bad reviews on this site.

I don’t really want to choose a star. Because this company just steal money from good customers. 60$ for plastic shoes, that smells toxic plastic, 3x smaller than regular size. Very disappointed with this company. Don’t purchase from this company unless you want cheap plastic shoes with a smelly plastic that if you walk close to a fire 🔥 you will explode. I cannot believe they are selling these shoes. The picture with the model showing the shoes are not even the same pair. These are worth 2-5$ tops.

I bought some cute runners that were advertised on Facebook. They took longer than expected to arrive and unfortunately, they are very uncomfortable. The first time I wore them, the back on my heel was bleeding by the time I got from home to my office. And I drive to work! I can't wear them but because I did for a day, they can't be returned. Waste of money!

If I could provide a review with less that 1 star I would. These are cheap, sub quality shoes. I attempted to request a refund/return at email address they provided and got a blocked message. What a joke!!

DO NOT BUY FROM CANADA MUSE THEY ARE LIARS! Product is Nothing like what the website says. Sizing is off and product is absolutely garbage! They give you the run around when trying to return and then give you a fake address to send your package back to so your over the “30”day window! They are extremely unprofessional!

This company is a scam!! I tried to stop my order but was not successful in doing so ! Received my shoes in a bag with no paper work or anything enclosed! Wrong size sent, cheap material..garbage! This fake company should be shut down immediately! Totally scammed by this so called company…shut them down especially a name with Canada in it! Stay clear peoples don’t buy from them!!!

This company is a total scam, they charged $60 for a dress that's not even worth $5, and you have to return it to China and the cost would have been $45. They advertise with Canada in their company name but they shouldn't be allowed to. They would only give me back 30%. It's the cheapest quality of clothing out there, don't waste your money.

This is a scam, I knew as soon as I saw the plastic bag they arrived in. Terrible quality, can't even get my feet into them, and bottom is thin plastic. Do NOT buy from this website!

Do not buy from this website. Nice looking website with a large collection of fake reviews, but you just get crappy $2 shoes from China. The plastic bag the shoes come in is better quality than the shoes they are selling.

You won't even get the correct size you ordered, but that doesn't matter since you won't want to put your feet inside these foul smelling imitation shoes.

This is a scam, save your money and make some shoes out of an envelope and duct tape.

I wouldn’t even give them one star to be honest. The product on their website looks amazing, Nothing compared to the product that you get. I ordered a pair of shoes and they are an absolute joke, Can’t even imagine packing those up and sending them to somebody and thinking that that is OK. Very ashamed that they rip people off like this.
