Scam! Products are extremly cheap imitations shipped from China. Do not believe the images. This is not a Canadian company. Muse Vancouver is the same. No Canadian phone or address on the website. Returns must be prepaid to China.

Do NOT order from Muse Vancouver! It's all TEMU OR SHEIN clothes, Not quality!! I asked for a return and they are not responding to me!! ✨️✨️✨️BUYER BEWARE✨️✨️✨️

Ad on instagram, looked like a legit company. It is not. It advertises free 30-day return (sometimes it says 15-day return). But the return address is in China and the small print states buyer pays shipping costs. They are poorly made items of cheap fabric and leather, strong plastic smell and I'm not sure it's worth donating to the thrift store. Buyer betware!

DO NOT ORDER FROM MUSE VANCOUVER! There was an advertisement which popped up on Instagram, showing seemingly beautiful boots and orthopedic shoes. Due to the time of year, after holidays, there was a 50% discount being offered. As reviews on the website seemed legit, with high ratings, I purchased both sets of shoes. Upon arrival, both pair of shoes were jammed into a plastic bag, the odor emanating from the bag/shoes is putrid and quality is poor. I paid between $60-$70 for each pair which is a sale price! Can’t even wear these! I have reported a complaint with Better Business Bureau in hopes they get shut down as they are ripping people off. Hard lesson learned! On their website, it shows returns need to mailed to Asia and the process is far from simple. This is a big scam- stay away and do not order from Muse Vancouver!

I wish I could attach a photo to illustrate just how bad the product I received is. Nothing like the photo on their web site. So poorly made they are garbage. And the chemical/plastic smell is horrible. Avoid this company. And of course this cheap, Chinese crap cannot be returned despite their assurances. The entire web site is a scam.

0 stars. Shame on me for not checking the reviews first. I usually do but thought shoes came from Vancouver. They arrived today and are garbage. Dollar store quality with a noxious odour.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY 100% SCAM!!! Does not even deserve 1 star. Shipping took forever, very poorly made and not as show in photos. Another person mentioned that there was an odd odor to the item they received and I can confirm the shoes I ordered had an odor too. I have contacted Muse several times via email provided on the website still trying to return the item without any response from the company! Should have researched before purchasing!

Sure wish I hadn't fallen for the fake reviews on Facebook! Horrible quality and strong odor. Took a few weeks to receive these "boots" and they were so cheaply made and looked nothing like the picture. Since I went through PayPal I was able to get a refund but I would have to pay the return shipping!! I emailed customer support and told them there wasn't a snowballs chance in hell that I was paying to send them back. The reply was that I would get a shipping label emailed to me and now....not receiving and response!! What a scam! Btw info@canadamuse is a fake email

Took forever to arrive. Low quality. Feels like they are made of cardboard.

Brutal. Company is a scam...from cheap misrepresented products, to shipping and literally zero custom service. Returns are impossible. Any dollar you spend is money lost.

This is a scam outfit. The quality of the sneakers is dreadful the sizing is way off. Good luck trying to return. It will cost you a arm and a keg to get the product back to China

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !! I ordered shoes. They were not of the quality that they describe and show in pictures. They are not true to size as advertised. They smelled very strongly of glue. They are very stiff. When I attempted to return to get my money back they stated that I would have to ship to China and gave an address I don't believe is legitimate. They have attempted to give me 30% refund and credit with the company to order more counterfeit items. They shipped from Canada, their order confirmation stated the UK (which I suspect the original item they have duped is from) but want returns to go to China.
They advertise 2400+ 4.5 star reviews on Trustpilot on their item description which are clearly fraudulent reviews. Their main page has Trustpilot reviews all over it showing nothing but positive reviews. I would think Trustpilot would be interested in that. You cannot click on any of it to bring you to this site.

Terrible product! Came crumpled in a bag and not in a shoe box like they should. Very cheaply made. They are NOTHING like the photo.
I sent them an email to return the horrible product a couple times and no reply.

It’s simply a SCAM. Bought 2 shoes for my mother and myself and when they arrived they were all bent out of shape. They are the cheapest quality of shoes I’ve ever seen. Not even cute. I wouldn’t even value them at a dollar. Don’t be tricked by the cute looking shoes. It’s not what you will get. You think they’re Canada made but they come from China and the worst quality I think I’ve ever seen in a shoe.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. They belong on the what I ordered vs what I got video. What I got: foam soles, cheap glued on fabric, completely mis-sized. You will find nicer, better quality shoes at the dollar store.

If there was a -☆ I would pick it. I don't believe a dollar store would sell the shoes I bought! They were too small, made of vinyl and they were hard. I didn't realize they were coming from China. My fault, I should have checked. I asked for a refund and they said they'd give me a partial refund and I could keep the shoes. I told them I didn't want the shoes and wouldn't wear them. I sent them to the address on the package they were sent in. They said I had to send them to China. They said I was given the "proper" address and I asked them to show me where the address was in our correspondence and they couldn't show me. I got a refund for about a third of what the shoes cost. Not sure why they're using Canada in their name????DO NOT SHOP THIS SITE!!!!!

If you want crap clothing and crap Customer Service, by all means, shop at Muse Vancouver. I want to return my purchase because it's NOTHING of what I purchased. And I was advised "not a valid reason for refund'.....WTF!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! How about I'm not happy with my purchase and I want a refund. THAT SIMPLE!!! Happens alllll the time!!!!

NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE!!!!

Terrible quality product; Sizing is not accurate; Requested a credit - which they would not give. Return was possible, but at my expense (back to China), which would cost 1-1/2 times the value of the poor quality shoes.
Stay away from this seller!!

Product delivered to the wrong house (picture proof of delivery was NOT my house, I've sent pictures of my house and the address on Google maps). They will not refund or resend, continue to say they received proof of delivery and will not help any further. I've taken it up with the courier who is also a garbage company and will not get back to me despite multiple times trying to contact them. Absolutely do not buy from this company!!!

First, I must say their advertisements online are NOT what arrives in the mail to you. Their description on their website describes the product of being far greater than it is when it comes to you. The smell that came from the bag was so strong of chemical it was hard to take out of the bag. Along with the fact that the quality of the product was not even worth hanging up at the dollar store. Although they do make it clear on their website of their returns/refund policy. They are a scam and fraudulent company because they are lying about the type of product they are sending you!! They must use all the details in their refunds returns so they aren’t liable when customers like us complain with the product that we receive. So yes, are we Responsible for buying from them and responsible for their terms…. I guess so. But they are still a scam because they do not profess to sell the product that they advertise so unless you feel like just throwing your cash in the trash..Do NOT buy from this company!!!
